1 I have booked my train ticket through my IRCTC account, i.e. from Jamnagar to Dadar, Dadar to Sainagar (Shirdi) and return journey from Sainagar (Shirdi) to Dadar and Dadar to Jamnagar.
2 While in return journey the train from Sainagar (Shirdi) to Dadar was late by more then 7 Hours, therefore, we missed our next train from Dadar to Jamnagar.
3 I have filled TDR for the same on 22 Jun 2012. After few days I came to know that only half of ticket amount passed for TDR filled. As per rule, if the connected train is late more than 3 hours, the TDR amount is to be passed in full. Whereas my train was late by 7 hours.
4 Immediately, I sent E-mail to IRCTC about the fact of the matter. Since Last 1 month i am receiving email from IRCTC asking PNR Nos and train details, which i have already provided them. It is seen that IRCTC is not taking proper care about customers problems / TDR process for refund of amount.
5 It is requested to guide me what to do now to get my full TDR amount.
