[Resolved]  IRCTC Indian Railways — E ticket WL cancellation

Dear sir,
I have booked eticket from[protected] PNR[protected]/Transaction id [protected] it is not confirmed till date of journy[protected],
still in wating list IRCTC had rejected the ticket and not refund my money please help me for providing my money .Rule is that if ticket is still wait list they have refund money in the account.so please help me .
