Refund date 16 Jul 2010 Refund amount 0.00 Remarka - As per records party had travelled on the ticket.
But on the same day I stayed in a reputed Hotel at Patna on official tour and came back Kolkata on other day.
This is a serious remarks made by CCM Kolkata. Ihad faxed on 20 July with an appeal to Railway Dept. But no results till today. I want a CVC / CBI enquiry to resolve the problem - who is the actual culprit.Documentary proof at any time any cost can be forwarded in this regard.

Railway E Ticket — REFUND OF RAILWAY TICKET
I HAVE BOOKED RAILWAY TICKET FOR TRAIN NO:2927 (VADODARA EXP) through IRCTC eTicketing Service having PNR NO:[protected] for journey dated[protected].This train was cancelled by railway and immediately I went to railway ticket window for refund of this ticket,I was told that refund for e tickets will be directly credited to my credit card account.But refund of this is not recieved till[protected] so I went to chief claims office,Churchgate W.Rly. Head Quarters Office, Commercial Branch 3rd floor Churchgate Mumbai-20.I met MR.S .Kumar and Bela Meena Madam they informed me that they cannot do anything and I must go to IRCTC Office at CST Railway Station for necessary enquiry.Then at IRCTC Office I was told to do this email for necessary action and refund of this ticket.
I was unaware about refund procedure and I was under impression that you will directly give refund of this ticket to my credit card as train was cancelled by railways.
Plz look into the matter and refund my ticket amount at earliest.
