Irctc — missing connecting train

we travelled by PURSHOTTAM EXP Train NO 12802 from MUGHAL SARAI JN(MGS) To BHUBANESWAR(BBS) on 26-11-11 PNR NO [protected] and booked Tatkal ticket to RAJAHMUNDRY by PRASHANTHI EXP Train NO 18463 as a connecting Train from BHUBANESWAR on 27-11-11with PNR NO [protected] in 3A at the cost of Rs 2700. The Scheduled Time of ARRIVAL of PURSHOTTAM EXP at BHUBANESWAR is 03.00 HOURS and the ScheduledDEPARTURE of Train NO 18463 is 05.45 HOURS. But the PURSHOTTAM EXP arraived at BHUBANESWAR at 13.50 HOURS by running late by 11.00 HOURS. SO we missed the connecting Train and Travelled by another Train on purchasing another ticket. The SS at BBS has endorsed the late arraival of Train NO 12802.So Please arrange to PAY the Ticket Fare RS 2700.00 at the earleist. THANKING YOU, GOURI SANKAR
