[Resolved] Irctc — TDR claim not accepted and account blocked | |||
I booked ticket in AC-III tier for my relative (Dibakar Kesari) for travel from New Delhi to Patna.The details of booked Ticket is as below: PNR No [protected] Train No 2394 Train Name SAMPOORN K EXP From NDLS To PNBE Date[protected] Class 3A Boarding Point NDLS Reservation Upto PNBE Quota General S# Name Age Sex Seat/Berth Coach Status 1 DIBAKAR KESHRI 024 Male 0000 RAC 11 Dibakar was put into hospitalization (Sitaram Bhartiya institute of science & reasearch) on[protected] due to his suffering from Dengue. Proof of his hospitalization already submitted to IRCTC thru mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in. I filed TDR but the same rejected on plea that passenger travelled which is completely false. Further, my IRCTC user-id is blocked (de-activated). I have already booked another 4-5 tickets whose jouney is yet to perform and due to blocked of mu user id a lot difficulties are being faced by me. I requested IRCTC for immediate activation o[censored]ser-id but no concrete response. I desired followings from IRCTC/Rlys: 1) What actions are being taken by IRCTC/Rlys after submission of > proofs by me? > 2) When my IRCTC account shall be activated? > 3) When refund of TDR shall be made? > 4) What is the provision as per Rly rule for taking actions against > their officials/employees which made me guilty in filing false TDR? > 5) Wether the case is being referred to vigilance? I searched the site for making complain for vigilance enquiry but could not detect such site. The case is required to be taken up on priority with replies of all above desired 5 points.
