Irctc — Refund of e- Ticket cancellation money

I have cancelled E-ticket bearing PNR No-[protected] for Rs. 10390/- and PNR No-[protected] for Rs.11300/-. Igot the message that the amount will be credited back to my bank account from where it was deducted.But my account is not yet credited . Please look into the matter as I have to book ticket for another day. Please do the needful at the earliest
