Irctc — I ticket not delivered

Hi,
I booked a ticket through IRCTC portal on 18th of august in sleeper class from Delhi to Jaipur. The delivery time is supposed to be max 3 days. Its 23rd today & the ticket has not been delivered yet. My travel date is 25th of August & now i want to cancel the ticket, as my another ticket in AC compartment got confirmed, but as ticket has not been delivered I am not able to get it cancelled & if i go tomorrow to get it canceled, they will deduct 25% from the ticket. Please help. Also I tried calling up IRCTC people & also written them a mail. No one picks up the call in any of the numbers provided on the website & they don't even respond to mails.

Hi,
I booked a ticket through IRCTC portal on 21st of august in 3 AC class from Pathankot to Delhi. The delivery time is supposed to be max 3 days. Its 31 today & the ticket has not been delivered yet. My travel date is 20th of october Also I tried calling up IRCTC people & also written them a mail. No one picks up the call in any of the numbers provided on the website & they don't even respond to mails. PNR Number is [protected] and transaction ID is [protected]
