[Resolved]  IRCTC / TDR — non receipt of refund even after lapse of 6 months

its now 5 months over and irctc not refund my amount back which i booked in the month of sept 2010
through irctc web site by using my credit card i filed TDR details are given aboe tell me what to do

IRCTC TDR — Refund not process even after 3.5 months

Hi,

I had filed a TDR on 28-Jun-2011 for a ticket pnr no. [protected]. But till today 13th october the status is CCM Registered. And the same status is from more than 3 months.

I have attached the TDR Detail page.

Please guide me when i will be refunded.
