Irctc — Train got cancelled, money is not refunded From IRCTC from last 6 months.

Hi I booked a ticket from IRCTC site, for a train on 14 February 2012.But as the train was cancelled i raised TDR to get my money refunded but its more than 6 months, they have not refunded my money. So please look into this matter and help me in getting my money refunded. I am providing you my ticket detail.

As its more then 6 months and when I m calling on their helpline number they are saying that its railways responsibility not there responsiblity,they are just a mediator. So I find myself helpless where to go were to ask for refund. Please help.
