[Resolved]  Irctc — Train got delayed for more then 8-9 hours still full amount is not refunded since last 1 year.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have booked a ticket from IRCTC site, for a train (Train No: 12129) in 3A compartment on[protected] from PUNE to HOWRAH but as the train was running late by 8-9 hours my husband raised TDR on March 18,2011 for the PNR : [protected] to get the money back.

The train was running late for more than 3 hours ideally 100% amount should be refunded but we got only 50% of the total fare and its more than a year now, they have not refunded our money.

So please look into this matter and help me in getting my money refunded. I am providing you my ticket detail.

Please find below the mail we have received from the TDRPROCESS Team from Railway but nothing is working out. Please look into the issue as you can see we are following up with the irctc team since long but the full amount has not been credited yet.
