[Resolved]  IRCTC / Train Ticket — IRCTC Trans Failed, Cash deducted but not refunded

Hi,

The below transaction has been failed,

and the refund also failed saying

"Refund Details
Payment Not Received From Bank "

But Payment has been done from Standard Chartered Bank

"04/02/2012 PURCHASE AT INDIAN RAILWAY CATER 15:15:12/68798 INR 191.00 "
