[Resolved]  IRCTCs e-Ticketing Service — regarding cancellation of ticket

sir/madam

My name is pankaj kumar i book my ticket in chattishgarh express (Train No. & Name: 8238/CHHATISGARH EXP ) on 19 jan but due to late running of train approx 12 hour i cant able to do my journey and i want to cancel my ticket . But there is no provision for on line cancellation . I call on custmer care but no one attend my call after many try.


please refund my money.

Dear Sir
I Deepakraj jain & my wife smt. Premlata jain wants to travel by kamakhya exp on 23/01/10 vide Ticket PNR No.[protected] but due to Train was late by 5 Hrs. I tried to cancel my E Ticket but Massage shown that Chart is Prepared Ticket can't cacel so please cacel my Ticket & amount resend in my a/c Tr. id [protected]
