Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am ajay sharma and frustated customer of ITBC................ which is fraud company................. Hi, My order no : 0GA[protected] Rs. 1699.00 product is Rebook Shoe & Benetton watch (combo offer ) and i have given cancelletion on 05 May 2009 through Jitender Kumar He is the Senior Manager of this company . But still i havent received my amount. I have send more than 25 mails to itbc4u<[protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com>,response<[protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com>,, [protected]@offers.indiatodaybookclub.com,[protected]@indiatodaybookclub. com, ) they have the tracking details and i have called more 100 times to customer care of ITBC each call i have spend more than 200rs... Reebok Shoes/ Watch combo 1699 — Not received my order
Dear Sir,Everyday I am being offered some or the other premium brands at fabulos discounts. I was decalred winer and offered a Reebok Shoes/ Watch combo for Rs.1399 plus Rs.300 handling charges which I agreed more than a month ago. I was given a confirmation on 19 March 2009 that my order has been processed and I can Pay on Delivery My ordeer no. was confirmed as OGA09005844.
I am yet to receive the same.
I cannot understand the reason for delay. Pl. note that in event I do not receive the parcel by 10.4.2009 please treat my order as canceled and i9n future also refrain from sending me such much acclaimed fabulous discount offers. Kishore Kumar Pande
