We purchased a flat in dec 2009 and been told that possession will be given in frb 2010. Till date, forget possession, the flat doesnt even have Main door to it, living room window is all opn, kitchn is w/o platform and granite, bedroom windows are half done, no electric work is done, , after chasing there so called customer care manager - amrita, been told some Bommanna will take care and it will be completed by end of April 2010. When we contacted there new site manager, he said, " why you are crying now, people are waiting and crying since 2006. You just bought a flat. : what a sarcastic remark.
Few days ago, when we contacted CSM again, she said, Ittina doesnt have money now..she asked us to pay remaining amount and said, the flat can be ready in 15 days.
I do not understand, where is all money is going? . the Main owner- is no more, his son took over, who seems to be not at all interested in doing any thingh.
Is there is no law by which these guys are abide not to harass the buyers?

IN ALL BLOCKS 24HOURS WATER IS LEAKING AND MAINTENANCE GUY DR. RAMANAN (PHD) & NAGRAJ (WATER MAINTAINANCE) ARE NOT BOTHERED ABOUT IT. I M AFARAID WAHEN OUR FLAT WILL FALL DOWN . AND NAGARAG IS A PURE BROKER AND UNFIT FOR MAINTANANCE.. EVEN SECURITY PEOPLE ARE ALSO INVOLVED WITH NAGRAJ AND RAMANAN. PER MONTH A LOSS OF RS 2 LACK IS BEARING BY RESIDENTS OF MAHAVIR.
