[Resolved]  Ittina Properties — Delaying Ittina abha possession since September 2007

Hello,

I puchased a flat D324 in Ittina Abha in May 2007. I was promised possession of the flat in September 2007. I have made around 95% payment to the builder and the flat is registered in my name. I'm paying EMIs to the bank since June 2007. But till now i have not received possession of my flat.
Builder keeps postponing the possession date with a new reason every time.

Could you please help us in bringing this corrupt builder before the law.
