[Resolved] JACOB — Home Loan with GE Money (which was brought over by Magama Housing Finance | |||
My complaint is as follows We brought a house in Bangalore, through GE Money in the year 2007. The property was with Vijaya Bank, Bangalore We paid Rs. 10, 00, 000/- vide HDFC Bank cheque No, 012783 on[protected]. Since the beginning of the month we are called by Vijaya bank and informed that the property is under the mortgage. In spite of repeatedly intimating the Vijaya bank authorities that we have purchased the house thru home loan from GE Money I am in need of the NOC copy issued by Vijayabank towards the loan thru GE Money (which was brought over by Magama Housing Finance and i am sending emails to [protected]@magmahfc.co.in and calling the bangalore / delhi phone numbers Bangalore 40544108 Delhi [protected] [protected] Kindly let me know what should i do Regards Jacob +91 [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

If you have paid payment than print bank stantement of your payment paid to bank . Than send it to both bank with your houseloan account number. And also send NOC certificate.
Send the hardcopy xerox and mail also. Also contact to bank manager of this branch.

JACOB — EXCESS MONEY CHARGED FOR THE TICKET
Sir,1. Yesterday I have travelled between Majestic (0n 22 Aug 2010 at 2300 Hrs) to Jalahalli by BMTC (KA 01 F 2944). On listening the place he handedover Rs 18/-.Ticket no M88 072075and 0203158 (costing Rs 10 and 08 respectively).
2. (a) I want to know being passanger of that bus, before 2300 Hrs how the conducter have charged
Rs 18/- before 2400 Hrs or midnight of that particular day.
(b) There was no badge (name or any number issued from BMTC.
(c) It is requested that the concerned officer may look into it. Thank you.
