We have purchased a washing machine before 6 years (it has a warranty of 10 years on motor and prime moves) now the machine is hardly vibrating and making sounds (because the problem in gear box)...

My complaint is as follows
We brought a house in Bangalore, through GE Money in the year 2007.
The property was with Vijaya Bank, Bangalore
We paid Rs. 10, 00, 000/- vide HDFC Bank cheque No, 012783 on[protected].
Since the beginning of the month we are called by Vijaya bank and informed that the property is under the mortgage.
In spite of repeatedly intimating the Vijaya bank authorities that we have purchased the house...
