[Resolved] Jaguar — Flush VALVE | |||
I have purchased jaguar bathroom fittings for my entire house 10 months back. The flush valves became jammed amnd I registered a complaint through the voice recording. When I called after 48 hrs I was told the complaint was not registered. Again Igot the complaint registered manually. When I called the customer service aftr 24 hrs she gave ma a tel No of a plumber. When I contacted him he told me that he is not covering my area and gave me another tel No.When I contacted te No. hre informd that he would try to come. Even after 4 days the complaint is still not attended. When you have a centralised complaint centre is it the responsibility of the customer to chase your plumbers. My experiance is that your after sales service is very poor and need to improve a lot. Next time when i require a bathroom fitting I will have to think twice before opting for Jaguar. Jaguar flush fittings — Flush fittings
We have got three flush fittings in the bathrooms in April 2010. Out of these two fittings have been making noises after the flush is used. It appears that valve in the fitting starts vibrating and we have to close water supply to cut off the noise. I fully agree that the complaints registered on the voice recording are not attended even in 15 days time. I registered a complaint No.10002635 on 4th April, but it mis still not attended. I received an SMS from JAGUAR on the 5th April that the complaint wilol ve rectified. Alas no further response. In kerala we have sources to register our comkpaints like, Consumer Court etc. But relying on the name of JAGUAR we wait.
I totally agree with the very poor after sales service by jaguar, i bought jauguar even though the dealer cautioned about the poor services and now i am repenting. Repeated registering of complaints or calling up executives has gone in vain. Please let know how to fine a case in the consumer court.
I agree. I also observed that plumber attending after continuous chasing repairs only one fault. For other faults we should register another complaint and he will come next time. The plumber refuses to tell his name also. As per him if we are interested he will repair otherwise he will go back. Very insulting and discourteous behaviour. This occured on 29th July 2010 in Kolkata.

I made a complaint on a non-functional faucet in the kitchen sink. The persons (Two) came and while removing the faucet they broke the nipple connecting the faucet to the incoming line, with half of it in the faucet and the other in the incoming line. All their efforts to remove it failed and they took it with them promising to return it the following day after attending it in their facility. It happened on the 16th Jul 2010 and till date (2 Aug 2010) no one turned up. This is the type of customer (after sales) service being provided by Jaguar. During their visit I reported about a health faucet holder that was broke and they promptly replaced it with a bill for Rs. 440/- !! Efficiency, promptness, care for the customer and honesty seem to be lacking in the entire way of Jaguar's care for the customer. The technicians seem to be novices and not trained in the trade.

I too had the same Complaint with Jaguar. In hyderabad the receptionist will take the call and when I told that I have a damaged part in the bath ware that need to be fixed and it is in the warantee period, she just redirects to auto complaint registration. I thought that beeing a big company which charges so much for the customer on its products and advertises so much for the brand value, it will take some action immediately or atleast call back to let me know when the plumber will come. But none happened even after 15 days.

Jaguar — No Service in Kolkata
I have a Jaquar Stealth model Single Lever High Flow Diverter, that is lying jammed for 1 month. Jaquar Kolkata service is not attending to it and the bathroom has become unusable for last 1 month.Saptarshi Chandra, GD-134, Sector-3, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700106. Ph:23375152

Jaguar — Flash malfunctioning
Brought a new Jaquar flash but now malfuntioning. Purchased from SHAHDOL M.P.Kindly get it replased.
