[Resolved] jaguar bath fittings — No response on service request | |||
Photo sensor tap bought from Jaguar stopped functioning. Compalint was given to local office in Cochin. They sent a technician, who informed that spare parts are not available and he will get back to us within a week. Since nobody called even after two weeks, we again called Cochin office who were very evasive and could not give proper status as to when spares will be available. Complaint was booked on 09 Aug to All India toll free number, who agreed to send technician "in a couple of days". Nothing happened. Every time we call up the call centre someone asks for all details, and hangs up after saying they will call back in 10 mins - but no return call came. Complaint registration numbers were given three times - but nothing further happens. We have requested for contact details of senior management personnel of the company, but the call centre people decline saying they are not authorised. Now this JAGUAR TAP IS A DEAD BODY. jaguar bath fittings — Non functioning of fitting
I purchased all my bath room fittings from the authorised dealer of JAGUAR but in spite of calling the authorised dealer and the Jaguar several times, nothing seems to be moving to set the problem / defect?All items are supposed to be under warranty for another 7 years.
