jaguar bath fittings — Non functioning of fitting

I purchased all my bath room fittings from the authorised dealer of JAGUAR but in spite of calling the authorised dealer and the Jaguar several times, nothing seems to be moving to set the problem / defect?
All items are supposed to be under warranty for another 7 years.

I have received exactly the same response from jaguar fittings customer service. Like a tape recoder the call center person rattles on and on with no action. I am just lost at thinking how I can replace all these 'costly junk jaguar taps' for normal ones in my 2 year old house.

i have installed jaguar mixer, within 10 months of time its giving problem, now the tap is not working. please attend my problem and do the needful at the earliest please call me [protected]

I registered complaint of leakage of my flush on 9th august 2016, still the problem is not solved, I have called five times and receive the same answer that person will come from repair department and he will solve your problem. I havent got any call from anybody .
I am fed up with this now.

My travel was on[protected] on shama bus from bangalore to thrissur. on the way to thrissur the bus got accident. instead of taking us to board any bus which is going thrissur they are waiting for their own bus. After 4-5 hours they are telling that the bus is going to start form bangalore after 2 hours and will reach here in another 5-7 hours. they did not tried to take on any other bus and they are not sure about the coming of their bus.At last at my own risk we took another bus by paying fare. after reaching my place i asked about the refunding they told that we need to come to bangalore to get the refund eventhough their own office is there in thrissur. The way they are talking over phone is very bad. Some times we feel that we have done some mistake by asking our money refunding back.

Yes it is true with most of the bath fittings manufacturing companies but a company named as Aqua Plumbings really helped me even after 6 years o[censored]se. its really a very good company and take care of its customers.though products of aqua have been working well for last 12 years. if anyone having such kind of problem with bathroom fitting manufacturers, I will suggest them to go for Aqua plumbings ( Plumber). I am really happy with the company's products.

Past 3 months i am suffering with my Jaguar Bathroom shower mixer, it has never worked since the day i installed, after repeated complians they said that they cannot give me replacement as Rats have eaten it from inside and its damaged. They have given me 1 year warranty ! And now they want me to pay them Rs 11400 for it !!

I request all you guys not to ever buy this brand. Its very clear that they are looking for an excuse not to fix it. There are no rats in my house. . . .The real Rats are these Jaguar People themselves !!!

Single Lever Basin Mixer Hubix — Water is flowing out of basin

Sir,
I Bought all the Sanitary Fitting of Jaquar Make. I feel problem in Single Lever Basin Mixer (Kubix) Long Boy . I fixed it on the Counter Top Basin Hindware Art Collection.
My Problem is that the Water is flowing outside the basin when we turn off the Mixer. It is due to short outlet of the product.
Please look into the matter and replace the product suitable for wash basin.

Another problem is in Vignetta Divertor , The handle is loose and it appears any screw is mixing in that. Please send your service person for the above problems.

I have used all Jaquar bath fitting for my seven bath rooms. i am using them since last three months. Till date I am satisfied with the product except the health faucet . In two of the bath rooms, health faucet which is used at commode area has broken three times in last 3 months in my two bath rooms. Repair was done twice in one of the bath rooms, but I expect it will last only for a month or so. Now again another bath room has started breakage of the spring portion of the health faucet. This health faucet is not made of steel but probably of some inferior quality metal probably aluminium or Zinc. I would request company to replace my all health faucets of my all bath rooom with better quality health faucet of stainless steel so that I do not have to approach frequently for the breakage.

Hi,

I bought a Jaquar tap and withing 7 days it began to drip, the technician came and opened the tap and said that he has replaced the washer. Asked for Rs.40 for the same. When I asked to speak to his manager he said that's okay and wanted to leave. I spoke to his manager and asked him how can they say washer is faulty after 7 days.
Now after 40 days the tap has started to drip again. I was to replace all the taps at home luckily I choose to replace just one. With the feedback her I will go for some other brand.

I installed Jaguar florentine range of showers, hand shower and mixer around 3 weeks ago after which the mixer broke. It is over a week now and all I have been provided is a complaint number. The plumber called me when I was not at home and agreed to come at a specified time the next day.It has been over one week now and he has neither called nor turned up. I am tired of calling the dealer- Indoor Outdoor on east street Pune from where I bought these fittings.It is sheer harassment of customers .I have had to turn off the water supply completely to the bathroom hence it is rendered out o[censored]se . I strongly recommend blacklisting this company for providing substandard product and services.

jaquar shower panel — not working satisfactory

throughly disatisfied with your panel, it is not at all performing to the idea of purchasing.
when tried to make the complaint the auto select system is another irritating part of it, at time no reply, at time can,t launch the complaint bcoz o[censored]r technical fault.
so what is the client suppose to do? beside regretting on selecting ur co. & breaking head nothing is in clients hands. we thought u being the most reputed co. of india ur service wod be excellent. but had very hard experience.
ur technician comes every time the complaint is launched & is helpless to solve our problem & promises to send senior technician. but sorry !! nothing works out.
why don,t u keep someone responsible for attending complaints & clint satisfaction.while making our new home we bought so many co. products & even asked for services & i am proud to say that i have choosed good service oriented co.'s.

I had purchase readymade house, contractor had used jaguar bathfitting, As I had installed new solar water heater in which coldwater mix when I want to get hot(only) water. Company of solar telling that your tap having problem.

We have bought 10 bath cubicles from Jaquar and they were very prompt in taking the order and instead of supplying in four weeks they took three months. Even then the person who came to install broke a glss pane for the cubilcle and this took another tow months to be replaced. During this time nobody from Jaquar would answer the phone or even keep us updated with the progress. they would even did not attend to the telecon.

Presently ( after six months after the installation) water is flowing from underneath the glass panes - bad installation, and this is yet to be rectified. They have been giving stories of this being done next week every time we call them. For the past three months no action has been taken

We had bought ten bath cubicles for our flat complex. Jaquar were very prompt in collecting the order and the payment upfront, but delivered the cubicles after six months as against the promised three months delivery period. The person who came to instal these broke one of the glass panes and this arrived after two months of follow up.

Presently, all the cubicle have been badly installed and water flows on to the rest of the bathroom from underneath the glass panes. Despite follow up for the past two months no respsonse from Jaquar. Now they even do not respond to the calls.

I have fitted Jaguar fittings in my 3 bathing rooms and kitchen last year. The mixer of 1 of the bathing rooms is turning round and round and cannot be regulated for shower or tap. I keep calling the numbers given to me. With luck, I got through a computer operated number where I was asked to leave my telelphone no and address which I did. The complaint number given to me was inaudible. I managed to speak to a lady who informed me that my complaint would be attended to by their plumber within 48 hours. It's now well beyond that time and no matter which number I try, I get either line busy, out of order or no reply. How do I get my mixer attended to? The contractor said he made the complaint 2 months back and keeps calling the customer care, yet he too is unable to help me except give me the phone numbers.

yes I too have perinial problem with their health focet in all the three bathrooms it is leaking and attitude towards to attending the complaints are pathetic, while buying they give all kinds of assurance/guarantee The procedure for registering complaint is also tedious. Till now twice twice theri lethargic service engineer comes and in two days the leakage starts, after recomplainng they dont even turn back...shame on them!

I too had purchased a jaguar slim concealed cistern 80 (concealed flush). From 2nd month itself I started facing problems with the system as its was worse that a traditional flush tanks.
I got customer service support 3 times in 5 months. All their technicians were highly discouraging and had an visible attitude to hush-push their job.
Now i had to get my spares and the dealer in vashi area, located at shop #01, Mahavir ctr, sect-17, vashi, navi mumbai is charging me double the price of the fittings like a Rs. 14 item is being nicely charged 30 to me and a 450 rupee item is being charged 900. He does not want to give any proof of the price and also claims that he is the only dealer in Navi Mumbai area.

We have installed two toilet fittings with Jaguar flush valves. One of them has been working well but the other had some mechanical problem. In the beginning, it would not stop the water when pressed and we had to climb the terrace every time someone pushed this valve inadvertently. I filed an online telephone complaint to the call centre but there has been no response or acknowledgement of it since last SIX months. Later the spring etc came out and now it there is no water coming out from it. I dont know what to do. The call centre is a faceless robot and I found no use making a repeated complaint which meets with the same fate. I totally agree with you. I have had very similar experience. I have 8 bathrooms and two kitchens for which I have used Jaguar fittings. Like you we experienced the same about leakage. The jaguar service person came and said its due to dust and cleaned and went. The problem still exists.
Apart from that I have another problem.
The coating of steel or whatever has peeled off from my taps which is now just three months old. Bathroom are for bathing. Hence it is inevetible that water will not fall on the taps and the fittings. It is impractical that we will clean and wipe dry the taps. I dont think anyone does it.
I checked with the Jaguar person, he said that this is bound to happen. Which I cant digest. We have bought such expensive fittings and they look 10 years old now.

Jaquar bath mixer — Not mixing

Mixer of bath roon not working at all.. Last visit by Jaquar mechanic and his explanation regarding non functioning of mixer is not appropriate. No fault with plumber is seen. It is the defect of JAQUAR BATH MIXER which is not functioning since beginning. Company mechanic should replace it or repair it.

We bought a barthroom fitting of your company. Push wall flush system. We have just installed it however still not used but the system is not working properly. We called the engineer from Jaguar no. of time who came yesterday and informed me that this will take 15 days time to replace. As per my personal experience never go with Jaquar products. I have purchased full bathroom and kitchen fittings from this fraud company. I have two identical tapes costs RS 1350/- damaged within 2 months o[censored]sage and in that it is clear that it is product manufacturing error. They will cheat by saying 7 years and 15 years warranty and all. If product got complaint they will say we mentioned there and there it is only service warranty during selling they will say differently. They will not give you free spare parts even if it is a product error. Why need to go this much costly product? we will get less costly good products with 5 years warranty in market and that will run more than 5 years without any complaint. If complaint also you will get spare parts with cheep rate in local shops and you can easily replace. This company will charge you the high spare parts charge even damaged a small screw. For me they told a small shaft and charging RS 260/-. Just Imagine for new product only 1350 and only small internal shaft they are charging this amount. Think before selecting Jaquar one of the biggest fraud company..

I bought all the bathroom and toilet fittings from the Company and the dealer informed us that it was life time warranty. Toilet health faucets keep leaking within 2 months of replacement of washer and the Company's service centre located very close to the the company's office at shivajinagar charges Rs 50 being the service charge. Poor quality fittings with no good service back up. I regret not having purchased SS products

I have Jaguar fittings in my home and the entire range has lost its shine within a year. The sensor tap stopped working within a year and after repeated reminders to customer care it is unattended. The person who came said that the eye has to be changed. They did not show us that the eye was not working but just assumed it and asking for Rs. 3500 for the new eye to be replaced. Such customer service is not expected from a company which boasts of being the best in India. I am very disappointed with the after sales service and would recommend another brand which is not so costly as they work equally well and one does not feel the pinch once the tap leaks or does not work.

We are living at Vraj residency, Naroda, Ahmedabad. Our house is built by the group of Galaxy builders. We are provided with jaquar bathroom fittings. The most bad experience we fill with this company. We have been told that it is under 7 years warranty. But for what when on complain no plumber visits from the company. I lodged the complaints on[protected] with complain number 358290 which till date is yet not solved. Within 1 1/2 months we have received 3 phones from the company for the review of customer satisfaction where as till date no one has come to solve the problems. This cheating is not only the part of company but also by the builders who raise their hands after submitting the society administration. This expensive fittings are no use if we don't get services on time. More over the parts are not available in the open market.

Jaguar bath fitting world class product with worst service, I purchased lot of jaguar product last year but one of tap fitting in kitchen is not properly working i have make a complaint & one service person visited to in October 2013 & temporary repair it, at present tap is not working

My complaint when your service person visited to site why he is taking JUGAAD technology instead of providing permanent solution.
I request you kindly take this matter seriously & rectify my problem as early possible.
