This is the second time I m writing about it. How many more mail I need to write to be heard or responded....

We purchased a new sundals of jaguar company but there is a likage which is bothering us so i would like you to please take action as soon as possible...

There was a complaint made last year regarding the leakage of water in the mixer tap of the kitchen sink.This was attended to immediately. But it has started leaking again.The gasket needs changed.It is in imperial estate of SPR Buildtech in sector82, faridabad. My contact number is [protected]...

I have recently renovated my whole house and all the fiitting in the bathroom i used of your comapny in the hope for best quality and not even a year have passed i have problem in the proper functioning of the flush wall.

We purchased Urinal from your company 3 months ago. It is a leaked after fitting.
Please come and service as soon as possible.
If leakage problems not solve then replace it give us a new....

Photo sensor tap bought from Jaguar stopped functioning. Compalint was given to local office in Cochin. They sent a technician, who informed that spare parts are not available and he will get back to us within a week. Since nobody called even after two weeks, we again called Cochin office who were very evasive and could not give proper status as to when spares will be available. Complaint was booked on 09 Aug to All India toll free number,...

i have taken 6 bathroom fittings of jagu ar 2 years back n getting many problem in fittings e.g sensor fitting not working problem, taps parts r losed, colour r change of fitting .i have complain many times in pune office they say we r sending the concern person but he is not coming from last 6 months.so kindly do the needfull yours aditya jaju .kasturi borban factory vazirabad nanded mo no[protected]...

Even after registering a complaint on the complaint helpline of the jaguar bath fitings company..the company hasnt given any response..and we are still suffering due to broken knob of d mixer...
this shows that once the company sells high priced bath fittings,they dont give proper services even if the product is in a warranty period.
I hope the company takes cognizance atleast now and responds positively....

I have bought a lot of fittings for my recently renovated 3 bathrooms and kitchen.Even before use 1 of the wash basins mixers started leaking.Despite a no of complaints the tap still leaks.The company plumber visited twice.Once [5th july 2009] he said the leakage was due to dust particles, but the leakage started as soon as he left.During the 2nd visit the jaguar plumber was trying to close the water supply from the base of the wash basin...
