After 2 years of fighting I was able to secure a covered parking lot. We took Jains to courts and finally the judge ordered Jains to provide parking lot. It look some time and effort but finally got it. Just wanted to share with this.

I agree with the thoughts expressed by Raju. Pretty much all NRI's have been taken for a ride by this dubious company. Any help or advise in solving the car park matter would help.
Similar Car Parking issue is there in Spring Meadows, Thalambur as well. Many people are forced to accept car parking as per jains recommendation. and in this way many did not get the car parking they booked.
I had a similar experience with them as and pulling tooth and nail to get it resolved. The staff is extremely rude and threatning my aged parents. I will never buy or recommend this builder to people. I have bought apartment from ohter builders and everyone is so courteous and proactive from day one. I got the worst possible service from Jain Housing
I did pre booking of jains anuvidha one year back. Still the project is not started. from last 50 days they are returning my pre booking amount. No one is responding propely. Please don't trust thease people.
