Sir.
This has refrrence to my multiple mails and telephonic talks for the refund of creek Gachibowli amount.

I have not yet received the amount of Rs 5000.00 as promised n commited by mr Ghanshyam . He confirmed me in his earlier mail that the pending amount of rs 5000 will be refunded by 20..05 2021.
He even alleges that we are angry and frustrated if we make requestvfir refund of our amount .
i have been requesting him and he makes false promises going by his confirmations.
He asked me not to mail and i followed his advise. But he is not refunding despite his
promises fir the last three months.

please let me know the address and Mail of regulators for escalating my grievance since none from jain housing are refunding and trying to cheat by witholding amount despite multiple mails and telephonic calls .

I have rice the complain your contractor he is telling I'll take care but still now it's not resolved how many times we are following your people's tell how time following the complainant I don't know your self tell me per complaint customer following 10 times or 15 please tell me your suggestions we are following no issues.every time suffering with customers

I have been following up mr. Leela krishnan and mr. Venkatesh (Manager) from almost 1 and half year now through phone, whatsapp & email regarding refund of my booking amount for flat no: fb, block no:30, alpine meadows, pallavaram. There is no response from their side. As a customer i am really disappointed with this kind of service provided. I had also called up the customer care of jain housing and informed them of my issue but shockingly they hung up my call in mid-way of my conversation. Is this how you deal with your customers sir, i know you are a reputed builder but never expected such a response from your end. You should treat all your customers as valuable customers, only then based on your service we would prefer to buy & refer other people to buy property at jain housing. But unfortunately, the behaviour towards customers is nor right sir. This will only cause disinterest and a way out in not buying any property or even refer any one to buy property at jain housing. Sir, this is not the way to do business with your valuable customers. If you still continue like this, then based on the service that you provide right from managerial level to customer support, you would lose most of your customers, because the customer would think 1000 times before buying a property at jain housing. Sir, at least now, kindly give proper service and retain your customers so that tomorrow if someone thinks about buying or referring property, he/she would prefer jain housing. My only request is kindly to refund my booking amount of rs.1 lac for flat no: fb, block no:30, alpine meadows pallavaram. Looking forward to a response and solution towards the same.

In the housing mela jain offered to pay some advance which is refundable and they will peovide flat at reduced price.in case at the time of your physical presence at site if you don’t like the flat the money will bd refundable within 7 days. Its been more than 3 weeks i did not get my money back.

With profound torment and distress, we are composing this audit against jain housing and constructions ltd. Approximately 45 unfortunate souls booked pads in jains swadesh bangalore around the season of[protected]. According to the deal understanding, undertaking was to be given over totally by march 2013 with beauty time of 3 months coming up short which a punishment of 6 rs for each sq ft was specified.

So dear planned level purchasers, never at any point consider owning a jain housing and constructions ltd. Condo in any area. Be it chennai, kochi, bangalore, hyderabad. Spare yourselves some cash and great well being!

I have decided not to buy flats with jains builders, nor I would recommend anyone to buy flats for jains builders.

They use all low cost materials, hallow bricks and cheat the customers, the government should pay strict penalties on them. Totally waste of money, rather zero value money.

The Jains houses in nolambur are rusted, we get sewage treated water than has tds 2000+, no machine in world could every purify.

Please stay away from Jain Housing.

Jain housing chennai habibullah is got one of the worst ever customer service even government offices are 100 times better than jain housing employees. I have a flat purchased from one of their project alpine meadows thiruneermalai main road block 18 sa. I highly recommend any of you please dont buy any flat from this builder. Please invest your hard earned money somewhere else. If you buy any of their products its equivalent to dump your money in the hands of beggars. I have got lot of very bad experiences such a poor customer service pathetic. Whenever you e-mail no response will be given and for your calls they will say they will give you a call back but write that in water you never get any call back from them. The funniest part is when you go to their office they are always busy. Without replying mails or giving a call back to the customers i dont know in what they are that busy and will always be in meetings. I wasted my money by investing it here please dont every think of buying any flat from jain housing they are such a fraud people

I own a flat by Jain Housing and I would say they are probably among the worst builders. They delayed our project for 2 years and their compensation was not adequate. The construction quality was poor, in the brand new apartments we find leakages, seepage, dampness of walls. The pavements are of worst quality. Of course, these are all the general complaints with many builders. However, Jain Housing are much worse.

1) Do you know this builder is still owning the Club house which comes under common area, even though we all owners have paid for full common area... Feels wired right?

2) Have you heard about divide and rule policy, which British in India? The same this builder has done to us owners. When we owners prepared to take legal action against Jain housing, Jain Housing influenced some owners privately and made them as rebels in our Owners association. This brought our owner's association into deep chaos and we are all fighting among owners and the builder Jain Housing is enjoying the fights and escaping without any punishment for all his atrocities.

3) Do you know the entire project was completed without provisioning a drop of water? The sales executive said while booking that they will provide RO and metro water and what actually happening is we are buying lorry water today.

Overall the builders are business minded people with no customer focus and care. No one should buy from them.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m one of your frustrated customer because of the overall response & feedback I received from one of the largest reputed company in India SHARP.

I have given/booked a Complaint against complaint no. 916801 Dt. 04.04.16 regarding the SHARP ECO INVERTER A.C. I’m using with the assurance to get the solution of my complaint latest by the same day or next day means 05.04.16.

When I haven’t received any communication till afternoon on 05.04.16 then I called Customer Care around 14.42 hrs where the executive ensure me to get the call from any technician within next 1 hour.

Again the same situation that there’s no call received full day, then today 06.04.16 in morning I again call at 08.51 hrs. the Customer Care where the executive given me one contact number[protected]Mr. Roshan Srivastava) where as this number I’m trying from 11 am till time but it’s not connecting.

Then again I called the Customer Care at 11.44 hrs. where finally the Executive ask me to drop a mail to the Customer Care regarding the solution of my complaint.

I’m unable to understand that such a poor low grade Customer Care services I’m receiving from SHARP company where they have good such a reputed name & fame in Indian market.

This is really very much disappointing that the Customer Care executive is guiding a consumer to put a mail regarding the solution of his complaint which means according to SHARP company the Customer who buy their product is one of the biggest fool on earth & stop buying all SHARP products in near future.

You are requested to take this matter on serious note before it goes to any next level on the cost of consumer services.

I tried to contact Jain housing to obtain NOC for transfer of EB card to my name basis details on the site. To my shock, the email [protected]@Jain housing.com bounced. The phone numbers are never picked up and automated response tells you someone will call but never do.

I want this company to be brought accountable for servicing its customers and want to obtain NOC for transfer of EB card to my name for the flat details mentioned above .

Jain housing had committed to a reduction of Rs 150 per sq ft for the delay in completion of the project Inseli Park in OMR. Unfortunately, they have arbitrarily withdrawn the compensation during the hand over process. Alternatives proposed for compensating us have also not been provided. Please let me know how to take this forward including if i need to register a complaint with Consumer Court.

We have purchase bags and perfume bottle from sanpdeal but due to defect in quality we had returned on way back Nov, 2014. During returned process sanpdeal customer care has confirmed us that please send all the items separately but when we told to then on phone that it will cost you a extra they confirmed us that please send the same through one courier and we have done the same. But at the time of refund they only pay the money for one item with courier cost because they considered that whole courier as only single item packet. How it is possible that a courier receipt which is showing 11.50 Kgs weight of returned items, have only one item in it. My courier no. is[protected] through trackon courier. Snapdeal is not considering our request from past 4 months as we are continuously trying to get in touch with them but there customer care is only helping out in lodging a complaint in place of solution. How this company works has totally distract our mind and money. The last resort left for us for getting our money back is consumer court. We request you to all to stop purchase from snapdeal as it is cheating the customer. The things happen to us will also happen to you too. Let`s Consumer Aware..

Jain housing Pebbel Brook Chennai Karapakkam is next to graveyard right next to the Block 13 entry gates. These guys have cheated me and never told that there is a graveyard. The graveyard is so close that the you can smell the body fumings on the very entry of main gate.Every time you enter or come out you can see/smell fumings.Its disgusting. The open air fuming is done. I have already complained but no answer or any action form management. They simply deny this.

Dear Sir, I was in possession of HDFC BANK credit card which expired in july 2013. Uptil Aug, 2014 I was paying minimum dues from my bank account. I closed my bank account also for some unwanted charges and mailed them to do so but they did not close the account and keep me sending the –ve balance on my account no. [protected]. After that they were calling me on month end for minimum dues and collected regular Cash payments for credit card from my house. Even I was paying the amount asked, my amount increased continuously in every month. Now I had paid every penny before the next billing cycle they have again generated an amount of Rs. 188 on my card saying that this is the interest calculated by the system at the end of the billing cycle. Please suggest me how to proceed, I really want to sue them for this. It is a clear case of forgery. The only thing they are able to do this is because of our CIBIL policy. Please advise.

I booked a flat with Jains Alpine Meadows, Chennai, unfortunately. (they claim it wrongly in pallavaram, but it is in Tiruneermalai). Originally they recommended a bank also for taking loan and the loan processed in record time of 3 days. They also got the further instalments on time from me. They went on cold storage for a time of 3 years after collecting 90% of the flat cost, did not speak about the completion date. Their agreement read...

Hi Everyone, It is humble request, don't ever buy flats or whatever it is from Jain Housing as they don't have team to response after sales, They are very good in sales after sales their entire team will be back that there are not responsible that they have been shifted or transfer. Lot of hidden cost will be there. I[censored] really want to buy from them. If the flat cost is 50 Lacks please keep 70 Lakhs because the hidden cost will be 20 laks extra. Be careful and be active

The delay in the project is completly frustrating, and they give all false deadlines to fool the existing customer.I booked more than 2 years back and till now the construction happening in a snails pace. I dont think they are in any mood to complete the project in near term. They may advertise as ready to handover, but not sure what they will handover?

I am a resident of Jain Charring Cross, Kathrikadavu, Kochi. The company has failed to provide the promised facilities in our project as well as other projects in Kerala. Residents have formed a welfare association and have already filed a case in the consumer court. The company has gone back on the promised facilities in all its projects. The very few facilities provided are not at all maintained and hence not of any use. The owners are not provided proper car parking facilities. Gym, Health Club could not be used due to water logging. Association Room, Party Hall are kept under lock and key by the builder. Most of the toilets are leaking and there is water seepage in all the apartments. There is absolutely no maintenance for Swimming Pool, Lifts and Diesel Generator Sets. I request everyone to avoid this cheater and invest your hard earned money elsewhere.

If you browse this site, many people might have given lots of positive comments about jain. Be aware, really Jain is worst to the core in terms of Quality and Service. If you really want to know them, just walk-in to any of their projects completed/in-progress you yourself can witness.

In this site, it seems many people for money has given lots of positive comments about jain, especially about Inselli Park project. But, the reality is that, the Inselli Park is not handed-over to people for about 6 to 7 years; this clearly shows that the comments are wrong!!!! be aware.....

Unfortunately it’s doesn't meet my expectations. In the mean time, I saw the advertisement about 20% payment offers of Jain housing in Hindu newspaper. Then, I had a visit to their office and enquired about their offers and plans. I have got enough reply and good support. Everyone has treated me as a friend and not just a client. And also, I visited that site. In that project, there are 80% work has completed. I felt my expectations have satisfied here. Jain housing has intelligent to catch my viewpoint and concentrate about to make a design into justified what I wished. Finally, I booked my 2BHK flat in Jain housing. I am waiting to get my dream flat within this September 2013.

I have booked my first flat in jain housing inseli park .When I was searching to buy a flat near to my office ,i was asking suggestions with my friends and we analyzed allot ,We got a lot of options but nothing is satisfies me and my budget. I have booked an apartment in Jain Housing Inseli Park last week, before booking I was enquired about Jain housing and their project Jain Housing Inseli Park, first i got a review from my dad ,"He said that Jain housing is one of best builders, work for their customer satisfaction and also i got a very good review from jain housing inseli park customers too . when I went to Jains Inseli park for site visit. Really I’m impressed by seeing that infrastructure and wonderful amenities of Jain housing inseli park like children’s playing area, swimming pool , gym park and much more..Next thing is specification is also too good like schools, Colleges, hospitals, shopping mall, supermarkets, IT Park around jain housing inseli park...

When I visited Jains Inseli Park for the first time, I decided to book a flat for the way they treat us and explain each and every amenities providing in this project. I am so impressed. Finally I booked project on 2008, as per their commitment I enquired about my flat on end of 2012, they said that it will be delivered on or before mid 2013. I understood the situation they explained about the project. One main thing is, my investment is increased more than 25%.

I had booked a flat in Jain Inseli Park ,Project at OMR, Chennai. Right from the first day, I have been overwhelmed by the service provided to me by the officials at Jains.
After the initial booking, I was coordinating with Customer Care official. I should specially mention here that the professional approach in dealing with clients and the ever helping nature have always impressed me.
Even when my legal officer had asked me for some documents, I just had to call Jains and all the requisite documents were sent to me by the end of the next day.
Jains is always ready to help you with a smiling face. In fact this service, prompted me to recommend the project to two of my friends who have also booked their flats.
I thank Jain Housing for the excellent services and wish them all success in life.

I bought a villa house sri om nagar in sriperambathur from Jain housing and the quality of the service is very poor. Response from the builder is dismal. irresponsible response from the builder. i request any consumer think before buying from Jain housing. i have attached photograph of the house which they built , you can see the quality from the photo. it will be suicidal if you buy from Jain builders we are suffering.

I have purchased a flat from jains sunderbans project @ chennai. when i booked the flat (May 2008) the completion date was dec 2009 but they have delayed the project for another 1 and 12 years and till today the project is not complete (April 1st 2011). They are not willing to give any reason for the delay. The Customer service is really poor. They don't answer the call properly. All they want is money from the customer once they receive that they don't care about the delivery.Anyone who has idea of purchasing flats from Jains, my sincere advice is to keep away from Jains and look for better builders. For my future investment in real estate i will not even go with JAINS.

I had booked an apartment in Jain Sundarban apartment complex in Nolambur, West Mogappair in Chennai. The promise was to hand over flat by 2010 March,but the same has not been handed over till date. The apartment is now almost in completed state, but the quality of work is pathetic, most of the tiles are making hollow noise, many residents have complained about leaking pipes and dripping bathroom ceiling with in weeks after taking delivery. People who have already got delivery and have shifted are also facing security issues. The quality of water is pathetic and the builder is least bothered about it.

The company has about 4 projects running in Chennai itself and this is about 2500 dwelling unitys and to handle 2500+ customers they have 4 customer service executives and as expected the customer service is pathetic. The purpose of this post is just an attempt to save atleast a few who want to invest their hard earned money for a dream home. Infact I can go on and on, but stopping here as I am not in a mood to author a full novel on my bad fate.
