As soon as I saw the model apartment ,it was just wonderful .. I choose Jain housing Inseli Park considering the following aspects, Jain housing Inseli Park is located in the picture view location of Padur OMR . how smartly the space has been utilized. It feeling of a "A Real Royal Apartment". The property is located very near to Siruseri IT park which help me reduce my petrol cost too! The buying process was pretty smooth in terms of fulfilling all the formalities, registration and even the bank related formalities and the best thing was I don't have to follow up on anything with them. I strongly recommend Jain's Inseli Park based on my experience.

From the start of the demolition of the foundation, to the interior finishing work, all JAIN HOUSING employees and sub-contractors were very professional and courteous. We also appreciated how JAIN HOUSING went out of his way to be sure everything was going as planned with the project. Even when he was out of state, he made long distance calls to us, to ask us if we had any concerns or questions. His project manager was readily available to take care of any minor problems that came up. Wayne was also very instrumental in seeing that the sub-contractors fulfilled their obligations in a timely manner.
