I am glad to have invested in Jain Housing Inseli Park. Firstly, the project is from Jains. Added to it, the project is location is excellent. The project has been designed extremely well- may it be the concept of private balconies or only 7 floors per tower. The flooring in the living, dining, bedrooms, kitchen will be of vitrified tiles.The flooring in the toilets, balconies & wash area will be of first quality antiskid ceramic tiles...

As soon as I saw the model apartment ,it was just wonderful .. I choose Jain housing Inseli Park considering the following aspects, Jain housing Inseli Park is located in the picture view location of Padur OMR . how smartly the space has been utilized. It feeling of a "A Real Royal Apartment". The property is located very near to Siruseri IT park which help me reduce my petrol cost too! The buying process was pretty smooth...

Delay in inseli park project
Hi,
I have booked a flat thru ADF (advance disbursement facility) where I paid 8.75 lacs as booking amount and took remaining 40 lacs thru loan and disbursed full payment even before the construction is complete. Jains promise was to pay the EMI for this loan till 2009 end or project completion whichever is earlier. They also promised to complete the project by 2009 end. But now its getting delayed for another 2 years and only...
