Jainsons — non delivery and abuse | |
i had purchased a LG fridge with Jainsons during their much touted fair held between 11-14 apr'09. i had booked for a model GL258VT4 on 11 april. but the careless staff had billed me for GL255VM4. which is much lesser model. Immediatley i brought it to their notice. their incharge Mr.Raja (mobile no. [protected]) apologised and promised to deliver the product with the correct bill on 12 april alon with the stand for whch i had paid Rs.15250/- But nothing happened and subsequenlty on 12 apirl they promised it would be done on 13 april and agian on 14 april. i waited patiently till 15 aprilt in between trying to contact eveyone possible in thieir office (Mr.thenappan - [protected], Mr.Shahul- [protected], Mr.Gerard[protected] . I even tried to contact LG but they washed their hands saying it is between me and the dealer and they come in only after- sales. My anguish is LG is such a big brand they spend so much on advt, why can't they take some care in customer service and the way their agents or dealers handle the cusotmers. On 16april i lost my patience as almost everymobile number they had given me for contact was switched off. the only person i could get hold of was Mr.shahul, he had also promised me the delivery on 14 april before 8 p.m. so i started shouting at him for giving false promises and cheating me for the past five days. that guy instead abused me (vaidi phonea ) in tamil and disconneted the line. Gullible public beware of JAINSONS. they take your money, cheat your and above all abuse you. I NEED justice for all the trauma and insult. if anyone out there can help me please let me know. AND TILL NOW MY PRODUCT HAS NOT REACHED ME AND NIETHER ARE THEY GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK. Was this information helpful? | |

They had cheated R.Priya . Due to their lazyness or carelessness a lady had suffered. The Main Motto of business is Consumer is King. But they had treated a king as worst than a begger. This matter should be taken as a serious one it should be taken into severe action. How dare they can collect money from her and cheat her. They should be Punished

I think they cheated more people than any one can think. They are just bunch of liars. Big name but tiny characters. 3 days back they told me that my 2 ACs will be delivered by evening time as their van is already left for delivery. Next day they informed us that they have no stock. Yesterday they promised us that the ACs will be deliver before 4 pm on 20. 04. 09 but today (20.04.09) no news. they are just not picking up the phone[protected].

Its true, Jainsons lack customer service, even i bought Samsung Fridge worth Rs.20, 000/- on 11-14 apr'09 Fair conducted by Jainsons in Raja Mutiah Hall. The installation has not been done for the Fridge till today(28th April 09) . We went to the purasawalkam Jainsons showroom and informed the them thrice, but no action has been taken from their end.
These dealers spoil the brand's name. Legal action needs to be taken against these sort of bad dealers.

Yes, Jainsons is a total waste. If a consumer is putting his hard-earned money in a costly gadget, he certainly would consider a lot of things before purchasing, but the staff of jainsons never likes this approach - they just want every customer that enters their showroom must purchase something immediately. Will any staff or manager do such an unprepared purchase? Their way of treating their customers is worse. What else could one expect from such a worst showroom chain without any values? What else could one expect from an undereducated?
My humble suggestion is that PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM JAINSON. MANY GOOD DEALERS ARE AVAILABLE EVERYWHERE BUT CERTAINLY JAINSON IS NOT. If the product you need is available nowhere. purchase it online, and you could save more money.
