The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Hi,
I recently bought a DVD Player in Jainson Madurai. They quoted a high price and discounted me around Rs 600 for the DVD player than quoted price. Later when i enquire the same product in near by electronic store, i got really shocked by hearing the price. He told me the price Rs 400 lesser than I paid. I was cheated for Rs 400, and if i have not bargain i might have loose Rs 1000. So my advice, dont blindly accept the price offered...

i had purchased a LG fridge with Jainsons during their much touted fair held between 11-14 apr'09. i had booked for a model GL258VT4 on 11 april. but the careless staff had billed me for GL255VM4. which is much lesser model. Immediatley i brought it to their notice. their incharge Mr.Raja (mobile no. [protected]) apologised and promised to deliver the product with the correct bill on 12 april alon with the stand for whch i had paid Rs.15250/-br...
