I have visited saltlake city centre kolkata jawed hawib salon on 3rd april. As my hair is very half and dry ms rebecca roy refers me to do sp spa. After spa my hair was looking very frizzy and it becomes more dry than before. afterwards my hairfall has been increased. Dandruff problem also increases. when i complein they told that this is the best product and your hair is softer.thats all. I am very disappointed with this bad quality.

Will let you know that what kind of Pathetic & Bad services are provided by your DLF Mega mall Gurgaon branch to customers . I Opted for 999 offer from JH, and taken appointment for the same on 7 Jan 2015 . Confirmed the appointment of me & my sister for the same about twice & thrice time . When I reached at mentioned saloon at my appointment time which was 8 Jan 2015 1:30 PM, service provider says, that we don’t have time for your appointment, if you want services you have to wait for the same about 30 min. After 30 min response received that madam sorry we are not able to provide the services as per your booked appointment, please come some another day or please wait for some time also some time means Next 1 Hr . Again after 1 Hr, response received that madam, we only start your services near about 6 PM …. ( Great appointment time is 1:30 PM, services started on 6:00 PM ) Now, wow what the services they guys provided to me & my sister … Chocolate Facial with bleach done in 10 Min … wow Hair Spa done along with Hair wash Etc Etc, in only 45 mins they done all there services as mentioned in 999 offer . Worst services provided ... At 6 services started & at 6:45 all service done … very bad vary bad JH team … highly not going to recommend any one to opt your salon services or to visit your salon for any kind of beauty treatment etc etc .

I have a serious complain against Jawed Habibs saloon Lady Owner in Abhiruchi mall, Pune. Worst ever, do not get a hair cut from the owner lady she is worst. She chopped my hair with no haircut and I am feeling so depressed with my look. She is such a rude lady who has not updated her so called skills. The guys do a way better job as they rotate in different saloons and are updated with the haircuts and the needs of today`s generation. I did not even attain the new year party because of this chopped hair. Very unprofessional behavior and no respect for the customer. To top this their Customer care doesnt reply properly. They are rude and even after registering my complain twice i havent got any revert till date. Haircut done on 29/12/2014.

I visited Jawed Habib saloon in SP Layout, Marathahalli, Bangalore on Monday 13th Oct 2014 for Hair Spa. I met the stylist Sherif there and he advised me that I should get Hair smoothening instead of spa. He showed me photos of people with lovely hair- guaranteed me on the result and informed me the effect would last for a year. I believed his words and agreed for smoothening. I had researched a bit on net and found out that smoothening uses lesser harsh chemicals and involves lesser ironing, I informed my stylist that I do not need pin straight hair. I also needed a hair cut and when I asked the stylist for hair cut, he started cutting my hair while it was dry. In my life I have never seen a stylist performing hair cut on dry hair. When I asked him, he told me he would shampoo the hair later before smoothening. After the wierd hair cut started the smoothening process as I anxiously waited for the result. After it was done- to my utter shock the entire front section of my hair was burnt and was looking bushy and rough. When I showed it to the stylist he took me to an isolated section and started convincing me that my hair looked great and that there was no problem. He even cut my burnt hair to half length when I showed him. I was utterly disappointedto see such poor quality of service after paying the hefty cost 6500/-. The stylist asked me to come the next day and told me he would fix the problem. Next day he did a hair spa and some moisturizing for my hair to fix the problem, but even after the process, there was little change. My hair is burnt, bushy, dry and lifeless from day 1. I asked the stylist what should I do if the smoothening goes in couple of weeks. He told me that I should purchase regular spa packages and get a hair spa every month. I am not sure what will happen after a month or so, whether I would have any hair on my head or no.I regret going to Jawed Habib's saloon and would not recommend my friends and family to go there.

Here at the Varanasi outlets, the owner and barber Sajid is charging differently every time and there is no fixed charge. They never provide the bill yet they collect 12.56% tax and upon asking for the bill they always say that the machine is not working.

I got disaster haircut. I just wanted to have full front fringes, but stylist didn't have a clue. He did cut one n half above the eyebrows which is looking awful. Please train your stylists, street barbers wouldn't help.
PS: dear customers better avoid jawed habib.

I went for my hair smoothing at Habib Mega Mall showroom on 29th April 2014 but I think they have used duplicate product as after this treatment my hair are worst (ruff and start falling) now and even my front hair looks like burn hair. When I am getting this treatment that time also two three customer come for this type of complaint. Please suggest what I will do now. I don't want to go back to that saloon again. I have write to the Habib customer care about this issue but they did't reply to my mail and their customer care no. is also not working

The products that they use and the services that they give are horrible. I have invested Rs. 10500 for the hair smoothening including the products that they sold it with their fake promises. I did everything i am told, but the straightening is gone within one month and its been two months my hairs are completely damaged, rough, dry. It was such a waste to do it there. My hair was not very curly. It was curly at the down and straight at the top. I have asked for the refund. They will be refunding only 7289 which was the amount I paid for their straightening service. It is still not refunded. I am waiting for the refund money. I want to say one thing for the people who choose jawed habib. Guys! it is going to be a suscide mission for your hair.

respected your tag line is EVERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER IS OUR PROFIT is basically proved meaning less today(04.04.14).i m a student of amity global bussiness school n loyal customer of jawed habib.today i go for a haircut at your franchisee (m/s aveena & sons add-1st floor, shop no-13 &14, R.K Estate, raja bazar, opp. IGIMS hospital, baley road, patna bihar) n the person who is on billing desk is preparing fake bill of your name & takeing tax amount on it from the customer as well and this is not for the first time.he is making fake bill (without tin vat number) since 6 months back n every time that person excuses the same that TECHNICAL PROBLEM.instead of apologis he is abused me n use unparlimentry words to me n said go, do whatever n whereever u want to complain.this was really a shameful to u.there is a huge cutting of tax every day. Q.should i go to legal tax deprtment for all this nonsence happen? as a service provider you know that one loyal customer is equal to 10 new costomer request u to kindly take possible step on above regards raja babu

I visited Jawed habib's CC1 salon on 8th dec and i was deeply dis appointed due to the staff behaviour. Its a suggestion for you people to teach your staff some manners to attend the customers. One of the lady staff named REBECA (the name mentioned by her when asked) litteraly misbehaved with us. She was so rude and disgusting to talk. And when we asked to have someone else to attend her she told to get the hair cut or to move out. This disgusted us even more. Then she started doing the haircut but in middle of that she attened someone else and asked another boy (who was a trainee to attend us).
I have been to most of the famous saloons like Head turnner or Loreal, naturals, etc but none of them have such unproffesional and illiterate staff. I was ashamed to take my freind over there.
Its natural that you can commit mistake but to be humble is what very imporatnat.
I had written my feedback in customers feedback book kept over there but i know that wont be noticed, So for that reason I am writing it here because we really felt insulted by that lady attendent.
It is a request to take an action on this as this is spoiling your name and your work.
That lady was a complete illiterate and non proffessional person. I still feel disgusted and would never like to turn back to that saloon of yours.

1) Payment
I gave Rs 500 for tendering the change. The cashier said they did not have the change of Rs 250.
So, I took the change from my purse and asked them to return my Rs 500.
They started abusing me that I have already taken the note.
Since there was only one Rs 500 in my purse; I opened my purse and asked them to find my note. Thereafter the people making payments also started saying that she(the cashier) had not returned my money( she was glaring and abusing me). Then I got the money refunded.
I dread going to the Habibs.
2) When I asked for a machine cutting the side hair of my son, they refuce and get angry and offended. Another reason for dreading going to the Habibs.
3) Misbehaviour:- When I go for a package treatment; they misbehave very badly. The hair and foot and manicure, facial etc requires such long stay and...
Please do something about it.
4) The fast hair cut in Rs 99 is another pathetic story...Once is a lifetime experience...

My self Ruchi Goel, went to Jawed Habib for Hair Cut on 18/8/13. Sales boy were suggested me Wella Refresh shampoo to repair the hair.

I bought the shampoo and when I used the shampoo then it damaged more my hairs and hairs started falling.

Now when I went back to Habibs then they refuse to take it back and abused also.

Please take necessary action for suggesting wrong product to the customer & using abusing language with the customer.

Hi .My name is Lokesh.yesterday I went to saloon near by my place in MGF metropolitan,saket.
I visited the jawed habib saloon and I took my hair cut in that saloon..its very poor service I never expected such kind of service in my entire life.
they are not professionals.one person cut my hair in 3 mins. before I have good hair.after haircut Iam looking like bald.its very bad service.why the people are cheating with the brandnames.they charged 450Rs for 3mins of hair cut. I got lot of BAD comments from my friends.so finally Again I went to normal saloon and totally trimmed my hair.I made a big mistake to cut my hair in jawed Habib.I lost my money and hair too.

hi... i am a loyal customer of jawed habib cc1(kolkata ) for last 2 and a half years......i just want to share my concern ...just some jawed habib salons r degrading the name of jawed habib......today i went to jawed habib salon(dum dum road,kolkata)..for a haircut.... No proper shampoo, no proper cut, they also have shortened the beautiful length of my long hair despite instructing......in fact i dont hav hair anymore....they r so terrible.... My hair look ridiculous since the time i have stepped out of the salon. I have never faced this type of a service before and that is why i am shocked and disappointed.
...i mean a street barber is better than them.....i just have some ques...how can they keep such type of hairdressers? how can they get jawed habib name after maintaining such a low standard?also they offers customers that if they dont take bills then they will not take tax...
so the fact remains that they r cheating the customers,the income tax dept nd also the company...

I had bought a jawed habib promotional booklet on 13 feb 2012. The booklet has a stated validity of one year from thee date of purchase. This promotion was for thee punjabi bagh branch. I wanted to use a coupon theat entitles me for a free haircut on 4the jan 2013. The person on thee reception refused to accept thee coupon and said theat theey had discontinued it. I do not understand how theey can refuse a valid coupon. On asking theey gave an excuse theat thee promotion was oversold and hence theey have cancelled all thee sold coupons. This is very disgusting for me who has purchased thee coupons for its benefits. Now I am refused thee benefits witheout any fault of mine. I expect to eitheer get thee benefits or get thee refund

Vide bill book No.53 bill No.5271 dated 10.12.2012 issued by Global Skyshop, Stockist and Distributor/Dealer, I purchased three kits of "Jawed Habib Total Hair Therapy Shampoo and Conditioners" at a total cost of Rs.7570/- which was paid by me on 10.12.2010 itself. At the time of placing the order and making the payment of Rs.7570/-, only one forth quantity in each kit was supplied to me and I was assured that I will, in future, be receiving one forth quantity of shampoo and conditioner after quarterly intervals.

That to ensure that supply of second installment of shampoo and conditioner under each kit is received in time, after telephone contact with the concerned persons, I sent a cheque for Rs.298/- towards the courier/postal charges along with my letter dated 18.02.2011. In keeping with the representation as aforesaid, I should have received the second supply of one forth quantity under each kit by 10th March, 2011. However, when the supply was not received, despite frequent e-mails and telephonic discussions, I decided to cancel the order fro the remaining quantity of the product and advise them regarding cancellation vide my letter dated 11.04.2011.

Despite the communication dated 11.04.2011, they have neither acknowledged receipt of my communication dated 11.04.2011 nor they have refunded the amount even after my writing a e-mail to Jawed himself.

I had puchased the above product by watching TV channel. They had offered on puchase of above product they give unlimited refill of shampoo and conditioner for one year minimum four refill without any extra charges but they have given only two refill till yet.Inspite of sending so many mail to them they are not listening and are not sending me the refill till yet. Humbly I request you to Kindly look into this matter seriously and do the needful at earliest.

It was the WORST ever experience of mine from jawed habib salon their hair spa treatment is very bad .
Even after wash ma hair they jus me anyhow. even i told them to blow dry my hair but refuse to do that.
They replied it was not including in hair spa.

In fact when i took the hair spa from noida franchise of jawed habib their products and service was awesome.

But guys never go for hair spa which is in karol bagh it was really a bad , worst experience ever

its about Jawed Habib hair care product who's advertisement we saw on TV & placed order for product.
Its a complete fraud business going on. within 1 week o[censored]sage, I lost half of my hair & texture became very poor. We never received any package after that although we paid for 3 months supply. On calling customer care, they do not respond & finally call gets disconnected. I am looking for ways to sue this man for cheating us.
Sincere advise to others, don't get fooled by this fake commercial of Jawed Habib

Dear sir at time of purchase of the above mention product they had not given any information regarding any hidden cost for Refill i.e. Rs.149/- and only 4 refill in
one year.But as per T.V advertisement hey were showing that there will be no extra cost for refill and unlimited refill for one
year.
one more thing after complaining to the manager Mayank Sharma he
promised me to give 6 (six) refill and and he told me you dont have to pay
any amount.

If I would have been told from your end that limited refill and Rs
149/- I have to pay per refill I would have not purchased your
product

But later Mr Arif ,their another manager had sent me two refill totaly at free of cost as per the promise but as i request for my third refill on 22nd november 2011 they are not sending me my free refill and again asking the charge for that.

Mr Arif also promised me as and when my shampoo at and conditioner get finished to write him and he will do the needful at earliest.

But still there is no response from their end.


This kind of wrong doing and not sticking to their commitment is not fair from there side and we consumer has to suffer.

So kindly confirm what I have to do now .

Pls look into this matter seriously and do the needful at earliest
