Sir,
I am facing almost the same problem of voltage fluctuation too for last two years due to which my refrigerater and TV got damaged twice. several times complaints were made to JE but no one is paying any heed to the prolonged problem.As per my knowledge fault is minor, double neutral wires have been stretched from transformer to our colony but just before our colony between two electic poles one neutal wire either theft or left single iitentionally.Due to over load, the single wire between two poles gets heated and fluctuation gets started. Please do something if you can.
We the resident of Lalita vihar, Rahargora, Nagnagar, dhaiya, dhanbad, will be so thankful to you if the neutral wire between two poles doubled and We think it is not a big problem it can be solved very easily but there should be fair will of the department to solve it.

With due respect I would like to inform you that I am a resident of Kusum Bihar, Morabadi, Ranchi. I am having a serious problem with the supply of electricity in my locality. On an average atleast 4-5 hours a day there is lack of electricity. Even if a gentle breeze is there the electricity goes away and if there is a thunder storm there is no electricity for atlast 8 hours. It's a shame for me that I am leaving in a capital of a state. The presence of electricity is a rare incident as water in a desert. There is no certain times for power cut. Electricity goes every now and then. Even in the night there is a problem of electricity. All the electric utensiles are damaged and there is no use of the electric gagets. This is not only my problem but also of the others of the locality. Even the problem is so serious that the charge of the inverter runs out the electricity does'nt come. The last saturday(14/05/2011) there is no electricity from 12.30 pm to 11.00 pm. Can any civilised society beliefe this sort of problem? I know that there is a short of electricity in this state but there should be a balanced.

dear sir,
my mother has appllied for elecric connection in the march 2007, but yet not give us electric connetion after one year has passed. my mother is applied in electric supply sub-division (urban)chaibasa west singhbhum jharkhad.application is applied in the name of smt malti hasdah address- opposite magistrate colony (near j.m.p cinema hall), chaibasa west singhbhum jharkhand.
so, i request you to take necessary action as soon as possible.

I am staying in J.C Mallick Road.The electricity condition out here is horrible.The electricity doesn't even
stay more than 6-7 hrs a day.Which is the concerned department where we can complain.

hi, there are some people using electricity illegaly in bokaro distric.they theafing electricity in very large scale using heavy machines by illegal connection.
they have no any legal connection or authority from electricity board.using by hook from electric pole.that cause tranfermer getting extra load and sparking all the time.

I am writing this on the request of my friend. My friend lives in duamba khoratoli, kokar, ranchi.as he says there is a new colony have been settled in the east side of khoratoli. It is a new colony. There are nearly 100 houses in this colony and only few have legal electricity connection. There are large number of hookings in this colony by the residents those who legal connection as well as those who do not have. This come my knowledge they run heavy machines like water pumps, embroidery machines and some people runs leath machines as well. It is my humble request to you to look in this matter and save our electricity crisis.

There are illegal use of electricity at Telipara Near Kali Mandir, Hirapur Dhanbad. Go by evening and u will caught that illegal user.

Since the last months the electricity consumption bill is coming @ Rs. 300.00, which is much higher, because I am residing at old KFS quarter, located at Nichubasa, Sewlibari. Being a teacher I leave for the school in the morning and back to residence at 4.00 p.m. and also there is loading shedding of long hours, which your goodself is aware of.

Subject: “Wrong billing of Electric Meter of consumer No. DD1H1D2001DC000000DYD01760”
Sir,
I am paying the electric bills of JSEB regularly without fail. I have paid the bill for the month of Feb.2013 and March 2013 (Rs.121.00 & Rs.40.00 respectively). Copy of both the bills and payment receipt enclosed herewith for ready reference.
The electric bill for the month of April 2013 shows the meter reading AVG and amount of bill is Rs.2606.00 including the arrear C/o Rs.1274.00. I unable to understand why meter reading is not mentioned & how arrear is shown in the bill? Copy of bill for the month of April 2013 also enclosed.
Personally I have checked the meter and found that it is working, because in the bill of March 2013, it was shown the present units is 10654 where as today’s reading is 10712 . It is evident that meter is working and meter reader is giving wrong information to the billing office.

May I request you to correct the billing problem of electric meter of my residence.

dear sir,
i inform u that in our village supply of electricity is not proper we don't know when the power is cutoff we want we get the information by news paper of timing of power cutoff
we get the supply of electricity only 4 to 8 hr in a day .

This is to bring to your notice for the irregular services and the inconvience caused by Jharkhand State Electricity Board. The people of private area SHARA CITY MANGO (Jamshedpur) are facing of lot of irregular services from the Electricity Board. Out of 24hrs a day the power supply in these region is hardly upto 4hrs, but the electricity bills thats generated is of full value.

I am complaining on behalf of all the people who have been ruined by the kind of service provided by the board. The power station that located in a private are Govindpur has full services as the people have their monopoly of having a power station in their area for years. When people of Birsanagar protest the services is resumed hardly for a day or two. Its been decade now that we haven't complaint and have trusted the board that one day the situation might improve. But to our disappointment all in vein.

Considering the fact that the agreement with DVC and the kind of power generation taking place its very painful for we people suffering with such an condition from the Electricity Board. We request the consumer forum to ensure that sufficient services are provided with the kind of prices we pay for the same. We do understand the functionality of the State governance but the Government needs to take measure as private sectors such as Tata power/reliance power are over ruling the Electricity Board in the state.I am sure this complain would not be taken up with severity, but if not, then we all would show it very sharply in the near future elections. Government who do not bother for the public grievances have not right to remain on the helm of the government chair.We are shortly going to contact biggest media to make it public and would speak about the under performance govenrment.

I hope our plea do take some attention towards the complaint lodged and act as sufficiently to ensure we consumers are protected.

Indivudla — Irregular power supply

We are residing at Virar - Agashi (Nandakhal Village). MSEB office - Umberghothan.

Everyday we have load sheding for 6 hours. We have noted the power problems of country and are abiding the rules of MSEB. But very sorry to say that from June starting other than load sheding, our power get cuts for en-number of times. Even mid night it goes thrice or fourth times for short period.

After loading when we get power at 9.00 p.m. against after 10 minutes it has to go for no reasons.

This is bad. Pl. treat this as most urgent and important as we are paying the bills on time month after months.

Your personal intervention in this regard is highly appreciated.

my name is vijay anthony banerjee and i am a resident of jamshedpur (dimna road, sankosai). we people here a facing a wierd problem these days. since the last one week, out of the two phases provided by jseb for electricity, one phase fails.
the reason behind this has nothing to do with the power supply provided by jseb.it is because of the incresed hooking of power lines in our area.there are many people here who just casually steal electricity as the day goes down. after 6-7PM usually people around here starts hooking.
i have two phase in my house because of various machines in my house and i cannot utelize it as the phase fails to provide power. because of a handfull people over here the entire area has to suffer.
my genuine request is to provide periodic check in these areas so that such acts cannot increase. suprise periodic check would create a fear in those who are guilty .

My name is Bharat kumar and I am a resident of Punjabee Muhalla, Katras Garh, Dhanbad. We people here facing a lot of problem these days. Since the last one year, some BCCL employees of New Lakurka colony of Salanpur Colliery, near Punjabee Muhalla illegally hooked JSEB electricity from your permanent consumer’s house or JSEB electric pole by providing BCCL electricity or money to permanent consumer’s or employee of JSEB.

Because of above miscreant the entire area has to suffer as risk of return current & low voltage. Also the transformers of this area heating extremely due to extreme load.

My genuine request is to provide periodic check in these areas so that such acts cannot increase. Surprise periodic check would create a fear in those who are guilty.

Dear Sir,
the electric bill for consumer no-OSB 1071 continues to arrive even in June 2010 in the name of Goutam Samanto s/o Laxman Samanto although the said connection has been transferred in the name of Jayanta Biswas S/O R K Biswas in May 2010. The requisit papers and fees were deposited and money reciepts have also been issued in the name of Jayanta Biswas by the Karandih Office of JSEB.
I sincerely hope that the billing will be rectified in the month of July bill.

I'm from Bhuiyadih, Agrico jamshedpur and 110 % agree with him. we have also connection of DVC and there is irregular supply of electricity with respect of other areas like Karandih, Harharguttu, Bagbera, Sonari, Jugsalai etc.
thereafter the electrician of board are cuts the power whenever wind is blowing or raining.

I d.k.shukla my meter show high reading as compear use when i switch off breaker in our flat and see next day my reading is 7 unit more previous reading per day.
