[Resolved]  Johnson Lifts — Not functioning properly

I installed recently (ONE YEAR OLD)Johnson lift at my home frequently getting struck. When we call emergency people are coming and making lift to go. But not attending the real root cause of the problem due to this the very next day it gets struck again. I TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THE INSTALLATION OF THIS LIFT AT MY HOME BY SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY ON THIS. REQUEST TO SOMEONE WHO CAN GIVE ME ALTERNATE SOLUTION.
