[Resolved]  Johnson Lifts — Unattended Service Calls / Support Issues

Hello Johnson Lifts Support Team, This is out last choice for complaining against Johnson Lifts services. It is really frustrating that nobody from the Johnson Lifts company is concerned about the issues we, Beauty Pamls CHS, Khopat thane are suffering. Nobody is picking up support calls and there is absolutely no response from the support cell. The lift gets stopped abruptly, causing concerns to the residents of the Society. People have to take stairs for 19 floors since there is a breakdown that happens on a regular basis. We have tried all the mediums of commncations to lodge our complaint but there is no response. We pay Rs. 2, 60, 000/- every year to Johnson Lifts company for maintain these lifts. Even though by paying so much money there is a lack of support from them. It happens that they do not take calls and do not come for support when it is actually needed. Please help!! Regards For Beauty Palms Society, Thane
