[Resolved]  Just Dial Private Limited — Unattended Contract.

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

Dear Sir/Madam,
with utmost regret, I finally had to write this letter on behalf of my company with regards to our contract with Just Dial services.
We have registered with Just Dial Pvt Ltd for their Web Search Service, Telecalling Enquiry, Search via WAP as well as print media.

It is almost nearing 40 days or more since we had sent an email to one of Just Dial's representative Mr Kunal Das ( Sales Manager ) of Kolkata city branch regarding updation of "KEYWORDS" for our products on their database.

We were promised by Mr Kunal Das, we could get top positioning for a maximum of fifteen ( 15 ) keywords as well as our company's logo would be placed.

It was initially agreed upon by Mr Kunal Das that within 48 hours from the date of cheque collection ie: on 29.07.2009 for a sum of Rs 4136.00 drawn on Oriental Bank of Commerce vide cheque No. 899739, the keywords for our products would be updated and properly classified.
Nonetheless till date no such action has been taken and on contacting Mr K Das the assurance of my work being in progress is just being given without any specific time frame/period.

It is shocking and rather absurd to state that inspite of several request from our end, no one seems to be concerned nor is anyone responsible to resolve our issue for which we have already made payments.

I, humbly put forward my request for the concerned department to look into my issue and try and give me value for my services.

The primary purpose of advertising with a company like Just Dial Pvt Ltd was to attract as many potential customers as we could to increase our sales but rather it has turned out to be quite a regret in the overall experience.
