i am nitin soni i did a contract with this fraud company for which i paid him 5000 cash and a cheque of rs 6030 which got cleared on 10/march/2010 but after a few days i got a call that my cheque is not cleared so they told me to send the photo of my passbook which i did and still the problem is their, i have mailed them many times but still they do not reply to any of my calls and mails. even i have said that if you do not response than i am going to sue you but still they don't have any fear of Indian law for consumers. and i am soon going to sue them in the consumer court. as first they showed my ad in wrong catogory and then no leads after a few day i also think most of the leads they send are fraud as we call them they said that i just need to inquire and no dealings now. so please beware of this fraud company just dial. nitin soni [protected] nitin.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

We are a sanstha registered under the name Vedic Jyotish Sansthan Ghaziabad. One month back we were approached by the executives Ms Pooja & Mr Umesh (Cont no [protected]) from JUST DIAL .We got our sansthan registered for the promotion and paid Rs 34000/= till date we are trying to contact Just Dial no one is even taking our call nor any service we are getting. We just want to warn all the people not to deal with this company this company is total fraud. Through this comment we would also like to inform Mr Amitabh Bacchan not to promote this company as he is the biggest celebrity and a very respectable figure worldwide. We are now going to file a legal complaint so that no other person is cheated like us.

I have spoken to customer Care of ICICI wealth Management. You are under obligation to return the entire money due to dissatisfactory services rendered to me. Moreover, without contract form customer copy my Account have been debited which is not conformance to the best business practices. As part of non-fulfillment and short shipment shoddy services I am cancelling hence aggrieved customer to be redressed fully for faulty services.
ICICI - If they do not refund immediately, ICICI has to investigate the matter on urgent basis.

Dear Customer Support.
I am totally dissatisfied with the services and there is no recourse whatsoever. Total slipshod and lukewarm services rendered lack of co-ordination among your staff. Multiple voices within the company staff, there is utter lack of customer focus, customer centric approach, total customer unfriendly attitude.
First of all there is total mess by your staff. There is no demo shown to me you have taken the money and operational zed my account after one week. What has been promised is not happening. There is hardly a copy converted into sale in spite of being with your company since last one half month.
Please cancel the contract with immediate effect and cancel the ECS debit to my Credit Card of ICICI bank.
ICICI Credit Card Department:
Please stop my ECS debit with immediate effect under advice me.

we paid him 3200 RS for one year. we have form & proofs also. event payment from our bank debited on name of just dial...after aprox 20 days when we didnt got any call we called just dial mumbai than they said we didnt got any registration details o[censored]rs.than we told them all details they said they will get back to us on this. after 7 days when we didnt recieved call we called again n talk to their senior they again told us we will check ur matter n sort out in 15 days but after 15 days also its still same....like this we called just dial around 20 times but still no response and they didnt even register us after paying amount. please suggest us what to do.
