Hi, I have copied the chain mail below and now just dial has stopped responding. Nobody has contacted me personally till date (even after putting the notes in the below email to contact the client on urgent basis by [protected]@justdial.com itself). Last month my payment was debited on 23rd July however this month you've tried to debit the payment on 16th August due to which I've been charged Rs. 560/- bank charges. All my payments, be it Airtel, Electricity, Landline etc. goes out after 20th of every month. I was dismayed with this act already and to add insult to the injury, a customer care representative Neha's rude and adamant behavior left me furious. I inforrmed her about the incident and asked why it happened she said "First emi got debited late and this time it has come out on the correct date and you must've received an automated message which advise you that the payment will be debited in two days time". I checked my phone and informed I didn't receive any message and this must be an error. I asked for my Rs. 560/- to be adjusted. She became highly nonsense and kept repeating herself. In my constant attempts to escalate the call to anyone senior or manager.She kept refusing and repeating herself. She said "no one is available on the floor and you should talk to me only". It was after 19 minutes of efforts she agreed that no message was sent to my mobile and brought a Manager named Vanita. I asked Vanita to rectify the error and adjust Rs.560/- as it was not my fault. I am looking forward to a serious briefing and warning to advisor NEHA also. Please send somebody to collect the cheque from my office. I've been a Just Dial customer for a long time and doesn't want such bitterness to rot our relationship. P.S - Please find attached image of the message I recieved on 17th July stating that my emi will be debited in 7 working days which brings it to 23rd of July. It is supposed to be 23rd every month.
