Dear Sir, My Name is Vijaypratap S Verma. I had transport Business Name SheeMahalaxi Transport.I had requested to cancel the contact with just dial in the month of November 2011 but it has still not deactivated.Hopeless Service. I been having very bad experience with Just Dial. I paid 6600 to Salim Khan. He committed that every day i will receive 3 sms for business . But It was all faulty commitment . I never receive the any business from Just dial. Every Month i have been charge 500 as ECS Insufficient Fund charges. I want to complain against Salim Khan [protected] & Jaspreet Virdi [protected] . They never help to get business . They ware keen to have money from me , never turn back for service ,I think they Both are Spoiling Name of just dial.They Never answer my call .They r better for nothing.Useless People. I Hope I will get reply of they mail .Even if it is wrong email ID , please provide me correct email id to whom i may contact. Please refund my Deposit and Cancel the ecs from my SBI Bank .I do not want to have Business with Just dial . Dear Customer Support.
I am totally dissatisfied with the services and there is no recourse whatsoever. Total slipshod and lukewarm services rendered lack of co-ordination among your staff. Multiple voices within the company staff, there is utter lack of customer focus, customer centric approach, total customer unfriendly attitude.
First of all there is total mess by your staff. There is no demo shown to me you have taken the money and operational zed my account after one week. What has been promised is not happening. There is hardly a copy converted into sale in spite of being with your company since last one half month.
Please cancel the contract with immediate effect and cancel the ECS debit to my Credit Card of ICICI bank.
ICICI Credit Card Department:
Please stop my ECS debit with immediate effect under advice me.

Looking at The bad side of Just Dial or is there a good side of them????
Sweet promises of everything at first before signing up with them.Then the promises are empty.
Looking at all consumer complaints it looks like Just Dial are just like everybody says... Big Cheats!!!
I guess if all the victims get together and fight these big Just dial sharks we can triumph. Good over Bad.
So lets get together and fight the cheaters and get back our hard earned savings

I have registered with just dail that agent haven't explained about the bond I said agreement for 3 months but now they are deducting from account like anything plz stop my service as iam not running my business.. I trusted just dail but now I came to know they are cheating
Please let's go to consumer court

I want my 6600 rs to be refung, even 800 rs has been debited from my A/c as ecs . If posible please escalate till CEO of complany.I been harass with Salim & Jaspreet.From Jusdial company. Please do needful Awaiting for u r reply.
