[Resolved]  JustDial.com — Don't trust JUTDIAL GUARANTEE

This is regarding a vendor "Spark Services", which is mentioned as "Justdial Gurantee" vendor.

I (unfortunately) trusted justdial guarantee mark and contacted these guys for my washing machine repair and they cheated me. Their service engineer took 375/= bucks as service charge and promised that he will be back within few hours with spare part that needs to be replaced. After that many days have gone and no one turned up. Whenever we contact then they say someone will come in next few hours. Their service engineer had left our washing machine in dis-assembled state and because of this we are facing lot of problem. Moreover, when I searched web i found that they have done such things with other clients also. Please see the link below...

I am surprised how can such a vendor/company having notorious history can get "Justdial Gurantee" mark/logo. Looks like justdial do not gather enough information before giving such logo to any vendor/company. I would request JUSTDIAL to de-list this vendore from their website so that in future some other person does not face the same problem.
