i am sunil.I made four recharges towards Sun direct DTH No- [protected] on 03 jun 2013 at around 2300 hrs.Out of the four recharge two were un successful and the amount was credited on their JRI card.I made a refund process from the JRI Card.On 05 Jun the first debited amount(ie.Rs 185) has credited on on my bank Acc.The Second amount for Rs 210 till not credited.Request clarify
