I haven't received the same product that i ordered. A different and a cheaper product is received from kalyan silks. Highly dissapointing service from kalyan silks !!!

i need an immediate rectification of the product sent with the correct replacement .

I am going to escalate the issue if i dont receive a turn around!!

Ordered silk saree worth 1499 but received a cheap replica same as picture.this saree is been made in cheap quality to fool people which will not be worth 300 also.
It's clearly a cheating website.
Guys don't get fooled as there is no refund on this .it's all fake...

Fake, low quality product is sent and there is no option to return the product. All the reviews in the description of product are fake.
The removed my review cause I spoke the truth.
This website is a scam, please don't buy anything from them unless you want to loose your money.

We have a very bad experience in kalyan silks Karama, dubai.. we bought saree and shirt from there shop on 2nd July 21 and next day we called to the shop and asked for exchanging the product.. they told us that they will not exchange products which is in offer.
But they didnt inform this before and in bill also not mentioned, its showing 14 days exchange is allowed..I'm not asking my money back...I'm just asking the replacement. I belive its a consumer right too
Dear Kalyan please look in to this issue urgently. I really unsatisfied with your service after sale.

Reference : your Kalyan Silks RS. Road, Palakkad Bill No: T0621B7-5549 dt 21/06/21 of item No:4 churidhar Set costing rupees 1700/-. In this churidhar Set bottom piece was silk material one. But when we get this item in delivery it changed to lining piece. We came to know this in this time only. Kindly make arrangement to give the original material to us. Please take this complaint and give a reply at the earliest.

We have a very bad experience in kalyan silks meena bazar.. we buy mariage dress from there shop and we went there back for exchanging the product.. they told us that they will not exchange products which is in offer.
But they didnot informed us this and in the bill it is clearly mentioned we can return with 14 days if we have bill.
When we mentioned this to GM... He throw bill infront o[censored]s without any respect..

Realy dissapointed with their action.

We took dress on 12 th April. Since the item require adjustment we asked about it. They told tailoring team already left so cannot do and asked us to come next day. We came on 13 th and they made us waiting for more than 3 hours for adjusting two tops . There is no justification for more than 3 hour. We were made fool like any thing by staff. No one is ready to respond even after asking.

I took a Kurta top from Kalyan silks kasaragod, I just wore the top only once but just after the wash the colour spreaded allover and it's not wearable anymore. Really disappointed with your products.

Hi, im gadha im into celebrity management . I get to visit the kalyan store for taking ready made blouse nd i was surprised about the stffs attitude. First one accompanied to the blouse section and then asked domt selecty staff will help u i waited 5 min over there nd then she came . She was all prepared to say no to whatever i say . No theres no black or silver i found one she told tht its big for me so i moved and told her to get me tshirt material normal blouse then she picked xl fr me my size is 32 34 . I noticed nd said its xl and she was like ok then take large . I said isnt there a size chart fr this nd she was like if its not u bring bk . I then found soze chart behind the cover nd i said i need small . Then she said ok u take small then . Chuck it ! Im quiting kalyan silks here aftr such a poor customer service

I had purchased two kurtis from kalyan silks chalakudy shop on[protected]and after reaching home only i realized that the material of one of the kurtis was very poor. I went on[protected] to exchange the kurti and the officials in the shop told me that the items are not exchangable due to covid reasons. But the sales girls and no one in the shop told me this matter before purchasing. Majority of the customers were trying all the dresses before purchasing. That itself is a major reason for corona spreading. Then the logic behind not exchanging the poor quality product is not at all acceptable. Worst customer service

I have been a a visitor to both your silks and jewellery for ages now. I thought you respect women but the behaviour of front office rep Jithu and his counterpart Greeshma was quite unprofessional. Jithu keeps ogling at women and makes them uncomfortable . He keeps staring at women causing embarassment . He then joins Greeshma and makes fun of the families. This is truly unbecoming of a great brand like Kalyan. Hope you have better team in the front office. This happened 2 weeks back.

Dear sir/madam,
This is a complaint related to the purchase of a wedding dhawani which is purchased on[protected], along with other wedding materials.

As it was found not satisfactory we have decided to exchange it and called kalyan for this. We are informed by kalyan that exchange can't be done as it is purchased in an offer price.

This condition was not communicated to us during the purchase of the same. We are not going to use this dress for marriage and the money we spend for the purchase of the same is going to be a loss for us.

We are always preferring and recommending kalyan silks for wedding purchases. We hope that a favorable decision will be taken by kalyan and will allow us to exchange this dress with other dresses.
