Dear Sir,

We are the residents of S-52, Vijay Vihar, (N/S-Block), Uttam Nagar (New Delhi-59) which comes under the West Zone area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from several weeks which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it is coming directly from drains. We request you to kindly check it and do the needful.
