bad behaviour of counter representative

I am a regular customer of your easy day naraina new delhi branch and all the grousary item are purched from the said counter. Recently the store has been shifted to bigger place and we expected that the service of the store will improve.

We are the residents of S-52, Vijay Vihar, (N/S-Block), Uttam Nagar (New Delhi-59) which comes under the West Zone area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from several weeks which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it.
