[Resolved] Kandhari Gas — Delay in delivery

I am the customer of M/s Kandhari Gas, Sector 2, Rohini, Delhi. My customer NO.is KG 8970 . I have booked the cylinder on 04.10.08 at toll free no. 1260 . But till date (14.10.08), the delivery have not been made. I have already requested them 3-4 times, but they always says today the cylinder will be delivered positively. We are facing this problem for the last 3-4months and every time we get the cylinder after 15-20 days . Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

yes the consumer has booked on 3.10.08 on our toll free number at 15:12 from [protected] but the cosumer forgot to put KG brfore the consumer number . we may request the consumer to please choice an option of choosing KG or KT while booking.

the said booking was not booked because of incorrect imformation on that day.

complaint against kandahari gas sector 2 rohini - distributor of indane gas . havnt deliverd refill after receiving delivery message from indane tele booking on 17 feb. cash memo no.-10277

please look into the matter and deliver the refill as soon as posible
