[Resolved]  Kandhari Gas — Delay in delivery

I am the customer of M/s Kandhari Gas, Sector 2, Rohini, Delhi. My customer NO.is KG 8970 . I have booked the cylinder on 04.10.08 at toll free no. 1260 . But till date (14.10.08), the delivery have not been made. I have already requested them 3-4 times, but they always says today the cylinder will be delivered positively. We are facing this problem for the last 3-4months and every time we get the cylinder after 15-20 days .

yes the consumer has booked on 3.10.08 on our toll free number at 15:12 from [protected] but the cosumer forgot to put KG brfore the consumer number . we may request the consumer to please choice an option of choosing KG or KT while booking.

the said booking was not booked because of incorrect imformation on that day.
