Not able to fix the cylinder. Some issue in the roll.

With reference to below mentioned details i am writing complaint via this email against the company.

I have not received lpg subsidy since when i have applied the connection. Kandhari gas officials had not updated my adhaar details with the consumer number. Every single time when i came to them they confirmed me that my details are already been updated.

This is simply case of consumer harassment. If my arrears of subsidy not credited to my account than i have no other option to sue company in the court.

I am the customer of m/s kandhari gas, sector 2, rohini, delhi. My customer no. Is [protected]. I have booked the cylinder on 11.02.2019 at toll free no. But till date (19.02.2019), the delivery have not been made. I have already requested them 3-4 times, but they always says today the cylinder will be delivered positively. We are facing this problem for the last 2. Months and every time we get the cylinder after 12-15 days.

Sir, It is submitted for information that my gas connection no: KT03851 and gas agency is Kandhari Gas, Plot No A63 Pocket 00, Secotr-2, Rohini New Delhi-85. I had booked gas cylinder on 30/10/2015 vide no:[protected]. A message has been received that your cylinder is delivered against cash memo no:[protected] for booking no:631862 but till date no cylinder has been delivered at my home. When inquired from the agency it was told that the cylinder will be delivered 2-3 days.It may please be noted that the cylinder was booked on 30/10/2015 and even issued a cash memo as aforesaid and there is a considerable delay of 14 days to date which may kindly be seen as the cylinder is yet to be delivered. It is further submitted that I have not received any subsidy so far inspite of submitting requisite documents in the agency office as were demanded by them.

My Consumer number is 18922, we have booked our cylinder on dated 04.08.2014 thru toll free number but till now & today is 19.08.2014, cylinder has not been delivery even just now our cylinder has finish what to do we are totally distubed because @2'o clock our kids will come from school & how will have arrange to lunch...Oh my God,

Officer you are requested to please do some thing...!!!

Most Respectfully I would like to say you that The Booking of My Indane Gas which was dated on 23rd February, 2012. But It was recorded in your database on 1th March, 2012 by default. Then I had booked My Indane Gas through ONLINE on this Number i.e. [protected] dated on 23th February, 2012. After doing this thing, I don't get any kind of Response or Message from the Online Booking so that I could assure myself that My Gas will come on Such a day. Even I don't get any kind of Delivery Report that My Gas will come soon. At the time of delivery, The Delivery Man doesn't give to me the Counterfoil of Delivery Receipt so that They could assure you that we have got the Gas properly.


I hope you will look out into this Matter Very gravely.

My name is N.K.Gupta. I am regular custormer of Kandhari Gas. My consumer number is Kg-07086.I had booked a gas cyclinder through tomogas web on[protected] at 13:26 vide booking number is 18. On enquiring from web cyclinder has been shown as delivered on[protected] but I am not in receipt of any cyclinder so far.This happens several times earlier. Kindly look into the matter. We r the customer of this company & we use indane gas.Our connection no. is KM2330 in name of Sanjay Kumar Aggarwal,B-9,226/227,Sec-5,Rohini,Delhi-110085.When we book our cylinder on the date we call they deliver the cylinder in more than 15 days from the date of calling.

i hav book my gas cylender before 2 week from kandhari gas agency sec-2 rohini delhi 110085 ,but agency is not deliver my cylender and not pick my phone call.they hav given a cell no but phone allways swichoff or busy.my conection no is 1190 address 130,pocket-c-8,sec5 rohini delhi 110085.kandari gas agengy service is veri veri veri poor service and bed behaviar by staff to us.
please sir do somethig because i m not happy from agency;s service ..and iwat to say a request to you.my cylender hav finished befofe 5 days.

I am the customer of M/s Kandhari Gas, Sector 2, Rohini, Delhi. My customer NO.is KG 8970 . I have booked the cylinder on 04.10.08 at toll free no. 1260 . But till date (14.10.08), the delivery have not been made. I have already requested them 3-4 times, but they always says today the cylinder will be delivered positively. We are facing this problem for the last 3-4months and every time we get the cylinder after 15-20 days .
