[Resolved]  Kaneria Granito Ltd. — Salary issue

Now a days there is no salary issue in this company

KANERIA GRANITO LTD. — Salary Pending of Month July'09

Kaneria Granito Ltd. situated at Surat. They open their corporate office in Baroda. and i had reqruited as a Mktg Co-ordinator.

So my issue is still i have not recieved my salary for month July'09

Please help me and take necessary action on this company

Kaneria is big fraud not given my two months salary, he only looting Banks

I was working in Kaneria Granito Ltd., surat. Gujarat. Company was not given me my salary of 3 months. 2 years passed there is no result. Often goes at office and replies meet this person that person, just time pass. So many employees like me . Anil Kaneria who is the owner of the company directly said on phone that talk to hr but hr manager jigal rathod also involves in this bad strategy and she is also involves in his bad activities of scandle, . So many employees like me owner just put employees for 2 to 3 months and say good bye, take new one. So he save money by not providing salary to employee. Very bad company. Please solve my case give me the way how to receive salary from him. anil kaneria has too much money in asset like land, plant, so pls recover from it.

kaneria granito limited is a FAQ company they gives work like a labor to fresh engineers, and they r not giving salary...there is lot of problem in that company.its my humble request to all freshers not to join kaneria granito ltd.

i requested all the fresh engineers not to join kaneria granito ltd..this company gives labor type work to the fresh engineers and also they not giving salary...this company has no future at all..and the owner of this company anil kaneria behavior is also very poor...

Kaneria granito ltd is not company but it is work shop... there is nothing any management or experience staff... they r jst waste the fresh engineers time...i humble request to all fresh engineer that please do not join it...

i had also observed the work of the trainee Engineer they were working like a labor and there is lots of problem with there employees... regarding salary if any news channel or journalist help them then there is chance to solve this problem and my opinion to all fresher not to join kaneriya company. specially others of gujrat. its not a joke kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk.

I also Worked in Kaneria Granito at Surat Office as a Logistics Officer.

I think i made a big mistake in my career earlier stage when i was having the on hand opportunity in Essar.

but i had chose to join in Kaneria.

There was a big Turning of my life. I had spoiled my career at there. i had worked at there for almost 1 Year.

In 1 Year I had not receive the Salary from them for almost 7 Month.

Really Anil kaneria is a Big & Who makes the faltugiri at his office, he always spent time with Jigal the lady from navsari.

at that time one of my colleague Mr.Kawal Majumdar Has given a one tight slap to him ( Anil ).

he also has spoiled his career at there. my friend has also joined the company after quittting from HDFC Bank.

Really friends Dont join this company this is a Big Fraudulent Company Dont Even Thinnk to join this COmpany.

These a Big Fraud Company Who spoils the Dreaming Person's Life & Career.


I had also slap to kanu Bhai Who was the accountant of anil.

anil is a very Big who throw his shoes to his employee this kind of manners you can expect from anil.

this was a Behavior of CMD.

I am working in kaneria granito ltd since last 2 years, I have no any problem of salary realated or any other problem.

kaneria granite bharuch is one of the most worst company in India & company not paying workers salary.the owner of company mr.anil kaneria is a biggest chutiya.now a days (april-2015) folloing Harami(Badave) log working in kaneria company 1)S.K.DAS, 2)DINESH PATEL, 3)SANJAY PANCHAL, 4)NARENDER BAPU, 5)MR.GOSH-HR, 6)AMIT-ELECT.

Present Kaneria Granto Bharuch condition as follows

1) Anil Kaneria- CMD (Biggest chutiya, not paying his employs)
2)S.K.Das- Plant Head (Half Mad)
3)Dinesh patel- Production GM( Qualification 9th fail)
4)sanjay Panchal- Maintenance GM( Qualification 2nd fail)
5)Amit- Electrical GM( Qualification 7th fail)
6)Nareder Bapu- Project Head ( Qualification 4th fail)
7)Mr.Ghosh- HR-GM (never tell truth in his life)

By seeing above you can easily judge the working condition, quality of product, job safety, etc. in Kaneria company

chutia company me join karne se pahele soch lo. Jitni bhi madam bol rahi haina ki abhi ke halat aise hai ki salary sabki milti hai wo sab bhi naukri chhodne ke bad apna salary chhod ke jayegi. Madam tum kaneria se gand marvao. Kaneria aur uski raand ki chutdo me dande marne chahiye. Chutye ne 2 mahine (aug.10 & sept.10) ke paise nahi diye.
