Dear Sir, I wish to lodge a complaint regarding the repair of a hand pump which is not working since a long time.This handpump is located 111/269, Harsh Nagar, Near Sansar Kids school.Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
We have verbally complained several times to the concerned authorities but to no avail. There is no other public water source available in the locality other than this hand pump and we are therefore facing lot of problem since it broke down. We therefore request you to please do the needful as early as possible and oblige.

मै महिमा मिश्रा 128/613 के ब्लाक किदवई नगर की निवासी हू। सर जी हमारी जो कि पंजाब नेशनल बैक वाली गली के नाम से जानी जाती है । हमारी गली में एक हैन्डपम्प लगा है जो पिछले 2 साल से काम नही कर रहा है वर्तमान में जल संस्थान द्वारा पिछले एक माह से गन्दा सीबर का पानी सप्लाई किया जा रहा है जिसकी लिखित सूचना हमने गौशाला चौराहा स्थत कार्यालय को दी । परन्तु कार्यालय द्वारा कोई भी समाधान नही किया गया । प्रदूषित पानी पीने से हमारा पूरा परिवार बीमारी की चपेट में आ गया है। हैन्ड पम्प के ख्रराब होने से पानी की बडी समस्या खडी हो गयी है।
आप से अनुरोध है कि वाटर सप्लाई को दुरस्त करवाने के लिये प्रभावी कदम शीध्र से सीध्र उठाये तथा हमारी गली के खराब हैण्डपम्प को सुधरवाने हेतु भी प्रभावी कदम उठाये
