It is to inform you that from 22/04/2020 there is no water supply in my locality i.e. F- block side no.1 kidwai nagar kanpur.
We the residents of this locality have contacted many times to Mr. Bhatnagar, Mr.Ajit, Mr. Sinha. But no response received.
Kindly look into this matter and rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Dear sir
This is to bring to your kind notice that in 13 block govind nagar kanpur all the sewage pipes are totally blocked from house no 167 to 172 due to which residents are facing unhygienic sanitary problems from past last month.
Water from toilets and sewage is coming to the kitchen area and it is disgusting to stay in such an unhygienic conditions.
Despite continuous efforts done by all the locality residents complain is going to deaf ears.
My father 65 yrs old is everyday approaching officials at govind nagar office since early mornings but no solution. Everything in vain.
I personally request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest as this will badly reflect on the part of working of jal sansthan officials.
Is this the swachh bharat abhiyaan we are following in india.
Looking forward to a quick solution.

Sir,
This is for your kind information that a sewer line at 10/406 khalasi lane 208001 had been choked since past two weeks. We had attempt 4 to 5 efforts to clear the line by help of private worker but we failed to resolve the same.
We are helpless & needs a cleaning tanker. We are afraid of the disease & even breath properly due to bad smell.
Be kind enough to take a prompt action on our request, as such a great festival is at next day, we are expecting this gift by your efforts.

This is to inform you that in awas vikas 1 kalyanpur in front of nepali mandir there is a huge water waste in my area and people are facing many problems day by day there is too much water till the ankle from 1 week people are scared of many diseases like typhoid, malaria, dengue

Please help us for the same and repair the pipe line as possible as to water waste

This is to inform you that all the residents of my area bamma road, darshanpurwa are facing problem of dirty water supply in our tape lines which is neither usable for drinking nor bath. We have personally inform many time at our area engineer at gadarianpura office kanpur regarding this problem but nothing has been done till date. Water is almost like a sever water and very smelly also.

You are requested to take necessary action and do needful earlier for the welfare locality.

I want to register my complaint for having bad quality water supply service of jal sanstan kanpur.
I live in 107 /34 chandra nagar, jawahar nagar, kanpur 208012.
There is a vast problem of water supply in our house and some other nearby houses.
Not a single drop of water is coming in our home.
We are facing a very big problem because of this inconvenience.
We have complained about this to nearby jal sansthan's office but no action has been taken.
If we are paying full water tax then why are we facing these problems.
If anyone is checking this complaint please do something so that civilians like us can have our faith remained on the government.
Please help.

My self kamal nayan agarwal resident of 126/28, h, block, govind nagar kanpur wish to complaint you that sewer line of my lane chocked for the last one month. We. People of our colony complaint this problem several time to your complaint office. Written complaint were also given in the office several time but no result. I request you to solve the problem of sewer line at the earliest otherwise deseases may spread in the area.

I'm staying in dabouli 73-e block colony near harmilap mission school ratanlal nagar, kanpur. Here water supply not properly and no timing schedule more time dirty water comes, sometimes water not come. Currently water not coming from 2 days.
I'm request to concern authority person to take required action on this issue. If still this problem not ressolved then, i have to raised this issue to upper management or to cm...

My water supply pipeline was broken by the jal nigam when i contacted the lineman he asked me to get the work done by corporater, when contacted mr pandey j. E zone 1 kanpur he asked me to get the work done privately at my own risk and expense, i have complained it to mr yogesh srivastav xcn and mr saluja gm jal nigam but there is no response and compliance and i am deprived of water supply
Jal nigam is ment to take the tax only

I'm staying in sbi colony ratanlal nagar, kanpur. Here water problem comes frequently every week. Some time dirty water comes, sometimes water not come. Currently water not coming from 2 days.
I'm request to concern authority person to take required action on this issue. If still this problem not ressolved then, i have to raised this issue to upper management or to cm.

I am resident of damodar nagar. Since last 5 days water is not coming. Leave aside other daily usage we are even struggling for drinking water. I am a senior citizen hence it becomes very difficult for me arrannge water. Its my humble request that please look into the matter.

Respected sir,

The government water supply at barra-2 is not at all good. The water is ruined completely with sewage water flowing along with it.

I have to check water again and again in order to ensure that no mixing of sewage water takes place with the drinking water, if water smellls than has to stop switch off the motor. This mixing of sewage water takes place at any time suddenly and if not recognized then has clean all the water tanks by making them empty.

The water smells bad and creates hectic conditions. It's not at all possible to use this water.
Please take a immediate action against this major issue.

My problem is that there is no seweage pipe line is laying down by the kanpur jal sensthan we used personel seweage pipe line which is very small & bloked in 4 to 5 month's due to blockege of seweage pipe line the seweage water is come out of seweage chamber & seweage water is scatter in street & also in our houses.
so sir i am requested to you please lay down the seweage pipe line in our street.

I am resident of shri ram nagar, sanigawan road kanpur and I want to complain that in my locality water supplying pipes were installed one year ago in roads and after that no process has been further initiated for connection to homes.As a result each day water get wasted in evening hours and roads are also equipped with water which creates hassle to pedestrian as well as whosoever passes by.Water also get deposited in roads which invites mosquitos and various deaseses. So, please sort out your public problem as soon as possible. Waiting for positive response towards public concern.

Sir I am resident of Barra 4 kanpur are getting black, foul smelling dirty water since two days.The water supplied is so smelling that you cannot even stand near by. In case you touch the water or it comes in contact with your body, it starts etching. If it continues for some more days it may spread disease. You are requested to please take personal interest and get it rectified.

Since last 15 days there is a leakage in the main water service pipeline outside the banglow no. 10/468 Khalasi Lines due to which 1000s of liters of water, everyday, is flowing on road and hence is not only being wasted but also damaging the roads which means a great deal of national wastage.
It is extremely depressing to tell you that the relevant officers seem to be quite indifferent regarding the matter. They didn't look into the matter by themselves and when we, as responsible citizens, tried to telephonically contact the officers then nobody was ready to take up the responsibility. Everyone was ready to give other officer's contact. Finally we asked Mr. Dheeraj Singh, a je zone-4 officer of Kanpur Jal Sansthan, he was again giving other person's no. but we requested him to look into the matter himself but he didn't take any action. So it would be really kind of you to take the matter into notice and order for appropriate action.

Dear Sir, I wish to lodge a complaint regarding the repair of a hand pump which is not working since a long time.This handpump is located 111/269, Harsh Nagar, Near Sansar Kids school.Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
We have verbally complained several times to the concerned authorities but to no avail. There is no other public water source available in the locality other than this hand pump and we are therefore facing lot of problem since it broke down. We therefore request you to please do the needful as early as possible and oblige.

Sir,
I am Ashok Kumar, resident of H-1306, Awas-Vikas No-1, Kalyanpur, Kanpur. I want draw your attention towards leakage in water pipeline from more than six months. A main underground water pipeline have gone through in front of my house i.e. H1306, by the side of KESHAV VATIKA, and there is a heavy leakage of water since more than 6 months. Due to heavy leakage of water note only a large quantity of valuable water is wasted but also dirty and polluted water is stored in the pit and again it goes through the water pipeline for drinking purpose. So after paying a thick amount of water tax we are forced to drink muddy and polluted water. I have done many complaints regarding this in our local office of Jal Sansthan located at Awas Vikas, Keshawpuram, but till today no one has repaired it, and more ever they are asking for money to repair it. My complains are noted in complain register on 31.10.2011 and 01.02.2012.
