From 2 months outside my house water pipe is being damage and I have gone to complain near my water house I found no one there so please come and fix it . My house is being not cleaned duse to it

I live at 127/354 W One Saket Nagar Kanpur. In the last 2 months our house is facing such a big problem of water supply. There is no water supply since last five days. We have to fill a bucket of water 200 meters from our house. We have to face so many problems. While I have complained many times to the councilor of the area and in your department, but the problem remains, the water supply has been very bad day by day, making our life miserable. Often, the water supply is so low that it is not enough for day to day use. And people in our area are facing the problem of dirty water. Sometimes the water supply becomes so dirty. Which is neither fit for drinking nor for bathing. The water is almost like a gravel water and also very smelly. But it's a very bad dribble we get...

It is to bring to your notice that our locality has been suffering the problem of acute water shortage for last 1 months. Water supply has been extremely poor on day to day basis making our lives miserable. Quite often, water supply is so scanty that it is not sufficient for day to day use such as drinking, cooking, washing etc. Sometimes water is supplied for only for half an hour and sometimes we have to wait the whole day for water. But it is very poor dribble that we get from the tap.

I therefore, on behalf of our locality request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to restore proper supply of water on regular basis.

I am facing problem since last 3, 4 days, but no one is responding, sewage water is filled in my shop due to no proper cleaning of the road chambers, the responsible persons are also not taking the issue seriously telling that this chamber is not in my division, that chamber is not my division, first complaint there, then come here, first do this, now do this, than we will see, I had also share photos and video to make them believe what problem I am facing, but nill response is shown.So, I please request to please look to the matter seriously & help me out.

Water supply has been extremely poor on day to day basis making our lives miserable. Quite often, water supply is so dirty. which is neither usable for drinking nor bath. For past 24 hrs there is no water supply in Ashok Nagar ( 111/98) region, beginning from 20th January-2022 to 21st January-2022. There was no official intimation also.

This is to inform you that we are being supplied unhygienic sandy water to our flats since 1.5 years, which makes us prone to various diseases. It’s been an year since I registered the complaint with CBRE group and ritu housing builder but no action has been taken yet.

Since last 3 days, No water supply in House SN-D/D/139, Tax is paid on 24/8/20-21 for F.Year 2021-22 vide Reciept no 21/08/24/SN-D/459507/2/13261

No solution is received so far. All neighbours are getting water supply.

Extreme water loggage in area giving rise to diseases and foul smell

I had submitted written request about damage siver line long back To kanpur nagar nigam under zone 4 but didn't get any response from anyone even though approching so many person who comes under this.
Kindly send relavant person who can check the problem and fix asap and sevral people's affected with this to crossing the street.
If am getting my all tax invoice on time and paying my bills without any delay.

महोदय/महोदया,
मकान नम्बर 112/100, बेनाझाबर, कानपुर नगर, मस्जिद वाली गली में सीवर लाइन भर गई है, जिसके कारण सीवर का पानी घरों में आ रहा है, सीवरलाइन में पानी चोक हो गया है। सीवर लाइन चोक हो जाने के कारण लाइन पूरी तरह से भर गई है और घरों से निकलने वाला पानी उसमें जा नही पा रहा है, लाइन को सफाई करवाने की कृपा करें।

Sewer line is choked near dussehra park. Online complaint was lodged on 23 rd august 2020. Further so many reminders were given verbally and online. But, no progress.
