[Resolved]  Kansal Gas Service(BPCL) Peerkhana Road,Raman Mandi Distt. Bathinda — Not for supplying Gas for Last 2 Months Despite Due Booking

I am Maya Ram s/o. sh. bhagwati parsad r/o. ramsra road Raman (Bathinda) punjab. I had diposited Rs. 2450/- for a new complete gas connection at about 22 months ago. after a few months, Kansal Gas agency, Raman gave us a regulater, stove & connection pipe. But, they did not issue us the new connection-copy & gas cylender.We visit many times for connection-copy & gas cylender but they did not pay attantion for us.At last we visit service center at Bathinda on date 13.08.2008. We talk about this matter with them.They talk with kansal gas agency at raman on the spot on phone.The owner of kansal gas agency say that they did'nt receive any amount from us.They said that the connection has been issued two months ago, and the cutomer can receive all the things after making the all payment of Rs 3450/-. After this conversation, the Sales Manager repeat this. on 16/08/2008 evening, the agency sent one pc. filled gas cylender witout any payment. on 19/08/08 they gave our copy. But the copy has been issued on date 04/01/2008. As we ask them for this, they abuse us.
In this way we get very harasment as well as money loss from Kansal Gas Agency. So kindly make necessary action as earlier as possible.

This is absolutely worst to blame KGS For supply and other things as i am also customer at the same service. I never ever suffer even seen such disgusting things from KGS. I am getting perfect delivery system. I appreciate their cylinder delivery system and their loyalty about their customers.

Rest about statement of extra money for cylinder, a totally false statement. There is few unwanted and self stand disgusting people spreading rumors due their completely stopped their business of illegal cylinder. As these people survive only on cylinder sale at their home or shop. Or their bhai (gunda) type behavior in this locality.

I am Very Thankful and praising the prestigious KGS, Raman for their daring act against these kind of people and stopping black of cylinder.

One work started by KGS against these kind of people and one should have to start by police to stop there 'Gundagardi' in this locality as they are forcefully taking 'Hafta' and straightway refuses to return the money of local loyal businessmen.
