Sir, I purchased this mobile phone at 02/05/2013. Since day one, This mobile is not getting properly charged. Due to this , frequenly mobile is getting switched off. I reported this to the service centre of Jalgaon(Mahalaxmi Electrical). They sent this to company almost for a month. After repair of one month, I received this mobile but still the problem persist. Now this mobile is also loosing the network frequently. I again went to the same service centre but they refuse to replace or repair it. I am kindly requesting you to please look in to matter and REPLACE mobile at an earliest as it is within a warranty period of one year. not showing sim card
sir i purchased karbonn a1+ on oct 2012. now there is some problem. it does not show sim card. sir please solution btaye
