[Resolved]  Karbonn A1+ — software n hardware both not working

I bought karbonn A1+ mobile on 23-11-12. aftr 15 days it strts creating problm in software intallation even from play and display "invalid package file".And during music via earphone while travell when cell shock music player stop.And aftr some time its software got currupted n its unable to on .
Service ceter take whole month to repair but earphone and software instalation problm remain same n now its not showing sim card, it shows no sim card and again i drop it to service centr ....
Plz make my cellphone fully repaired or replace coz i thing its difected piece.
Plz help me as soon as possible
