[Resolved]  Karbonn A1+ — Not working

Dear Sir,

Let me introduce myself. I am Sanuj from kerala,Trivandrum.I have purchased a new Karbon A1+ mobile on January 23, 2013.After that my karbonn mobile worked atleast 1 month.The problem was my handset cant able to receive the network signal properly.While i travelling with my mobile it wont receive the network signal automatically/mannualy.I have given my product to karbonn service center(PoomukathuAgencies,Neyyattinkara,Trivandrum) on February 23, 2013.My work order no is KA[protected].Till this date i didnt received back my replacement product.The service center team informed me,you have to wait minimum 20 days.How is it possible?Now the 18 days also over.
They are not providing me atleast a standby mobile, since waiting for the long time to the replacement product.Let me know the procedure for getting a new mobile.Awaiting for your positive response.
