[Resolved]  Karbonn K10 — Where is service centre in Kolkata,near Ballygunge

Sir.I bought Karbonn K-10 mobile in dated[protected] for internet use purpose but this mobile do not GPRS setting configure and not support in connection, TATA DOCOMO service provider told me mobile set problem..Please replace or any other suggestion in this problem...Solve my problem as early as possible.

like to inform you that i purchased karbon k10 mobile phone on31/3/2010.There is problem for GPRS connection.I have connected with AIRCEL. But now 'AIRCEL SEVICE' prvider can't give any guide line for GPRS setting.I am faceing this problem.MY distributor told me' I DON'T KNOW' about GPRS SETTINGS
please advice me how it is possible to solve my problem

Karbonn K10 — charger gets affected within 2 months but there is no response for the complaint

hello sir..this is andra satyanarayana from india ,andhra pradesh,west godavari district,eluru-2....i sold karbonn k10 dual sim phone in big c mobile show room. but within 2 months the charger get affected, but there is no response from the mobile company so please verify this ,and contact me @[protected]

i purchaged a mobile on 18th july 2010 after that we checked all of function and found keypad lights not working after all we go to dealer's shop he said to me that in any k 10 model's light not blinked if any possible then i give u a mobile free of cost .

pls give me the service centre address and contact number in Gurgaon city

pls checke and shoutout of my problem other wise we suggested to everyone don't purchased karbon mobile be'coz it's frod company

i am not satisfide for karbonn mo service and my market mobile responce not good but resion service center and not satisfide my custumber and my sale was approxe 1000pic sale/month june-2009 and my present sale 300pic per month sale resion service any karbonn staff not responce for karbonn service

not support for tata docomo internet support internet than mobile hang all model

Hi,

Don't prefer these bloody china(like Karbon k460, etc) mobiles. I'm a victim of that mobile.

I bought these mobile 3months back, dispaly gone, camera gone...not working at all.
I'm planning to trash it.

i bought k10 last week.now its getting switch off automatic frequently went to service centre for twice they said cant do anything.advice.

Karbonn K10 — DEAD

I BROUGHT A K10 MODEL OF KARBON BEFORE TWO MONTH NOW IT IS DEAD. WHEN I TOOK TO SERVICE CENTER THEY ARE NOT BEHAVING PROPERLY. NOT DELIVERING IN CORRECT TIME. ITS THE WORST PHONE I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE. SO I REQUEST EVERYONE PLEASE DONT BUY KABON MOBILES.

I also had the same problem. don't go to service center, just directly go the show room where u bought.

Ask them to give it for service, in the mean time u can have stand by mobile from them..

very true.., !.. am sweta, bangalore .. i purchased this mobile in my first salary and to my dismay within a month, i faced problems with my charger and i donot get any help from customer care to replace my charger also..

Due to sweating front screen is heavily damaged.Need service Centre near Tollygunj.

Karbonn K10 — software problem

when i try to install any app or game the mobile automatically switches off.when i try to send any file via bluetooth the phone automatically restarts.can i get a solution to this problem??
